Beautiful Ocean And Sunset Views Set On 3 Acres Of Private Land.

We invite you to experience Hawaii from this peaceful setting with incredible views of the ocean, sunsets, mountains, pastures and beautiful night skies. Here you will have beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and all along the Kohala Coast. This post and pier home, accessed from front or rear stairs is situated on 3 acres in the Kohala Estates at 900ft elevation at the end of a private road. There are ceiling fans throughout the house but the elevation and tradewinds help keep the house cool, throughout the year. Kohala Estates is conveniently located just 3 miles north of Kawaihae Harbor and about 10 miles north of the Hapuna and Mauna Kea Resorts. Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests/children. The home is perfect for two couples with each of the bedrooms situated at either end of the house. TV, cable, free wifi, washer, dryer, hairdryer, beach towels, beach chairs, iron, ironing board, and a well equipped kitchen. The wrap around lanai features a BBQ and patio furniture.

Nice little place on top of the hill with terrific ocean views. Owners were very responsive the one time we needed help…would certainly stay here again!

Beautiful house and a wonderful stay with our 9-month-old baby. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, including baby essentials. The sunset view was stunning and made our stay even more memorable.

The host was attentive to any concerns or questions we had. We think it would be great to see the house and fixtures get some updates and cleaning in the future. The view was fantastic with an added bonus of three funny goats. We enjoyed our month’s vacation at this property.

Lovely days at Paddles

We so enjoyed our stay at Paddles. It had everything we needed as well as things we didn’t realize we’d need until we were there! The quiet setting was perfect for us. We’ll absolutely come again!

Comfortable Pied-a-Terre on Big Island

Comfortable bolt hole from which to explore Big Island. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Great lanai with awesome views. Appreciated the cooler, beach chairs and umbrella… a great stay in paradise!

Winter getaway in great location

This was our second time staying here. We love the location, which is close to Kohala coast beaches and offers beautiful ocean and sunset views from the home itself. The house is clean, quiet and has everything we needed (full kitchen, washer/dryer, coolers and boogie boards to borrow). The owners are easy to reach with any questions - thank you for another great stay!

The house was just like described. It was very peaceful very quiet I could stay there forever. I was lucky enough to meet Simon The Host he stopped by to feed the goats. He talks funny but he's a great guy. LOL it's that English accent that threw me off. I would definitely come back to this property I recommend this property to somebody else. Had a great two weeks here didn't want to leave
