Upon checking out please: Leave the unit neat and tidy Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. Strip all beds that have been used and leave all dirty linens in a pile.
Laundry should be for one day only Put all food items in the refrigerator to keep pests to a minimum. Tum off air conditioning, all lights, fans, radios, TV's Close all windows, sliders, and louvers
Lock all doors and leave the keys on the hook. Use the lock box key to lock on your way out and return key to lockbox. Take your trash to the transfer station in Waimea on Kawaihae

This was a wonderful home and a great location for our family of four. We enjoyed the outdoor space overlooking the ocean and the location is fantastic for touring the big island. The communication was great. Lovely home that we would enjoy visiting again.

This is a fantastic property! It is a bit out of the way if you’re wanting more to do that’s close by but this is exactly why this home is so wonderful. You have all the amenities including washer and dryer which was a definite plus! It’s a small neighborhood but everyone we came across was very welcoming. And while inside the home, it’s a bit difficult to hear from one room to the next which was so amazing considering we didn’t want the noise like you would find in a typical hotel. We you arrive, you truly feel like you’re coming home!!

Third time on big island & finally we have indeed found by far the best beaches!This property is much better than listed. The location is just phenomenal: indeed just minutes away from best beaches that we have discovered only because we stayed at Georgines place. Our son loved to be in the garden and we loved to watch the sunset just a few steps away from the patio. It is actually also a perfect location to visit volcano NP. Yes, it is a 2hrs drive, but then you can just wait for the alert of the volcano erupting & start driving then, while in the meantime enjoying the best beaches (highly recommend hapuna beach!). On top of that, Georgine is just one of the niciest persons I have ever met!

This is a lovely house close to nice beaches ! It was clean and had everything you need! I really enjoyed staying there .It has a wonderful lanai and lawn with lots of seating and a great spot to look at the ocean , sunset and sky watch too ! I would love to go back !

The descriptions of this place are spot-on, but the pictures don’t quite do it justice as the patio and sliding glass window view overlooks the Muana Kea Beach Resort (with the Hapuna, Muana Lani, and Waikoloa villages stretching down the horizon), and the living space feels larger than what is advertised {granted it was just two of us, and we spent the majority of our time at the MK for our nephew’s wedding events}. Perhaps we would have felt less spacious if we had 3 or four adults sharing the bathroom. Communications with the host were prompt and consider. Highly recommend staying here!

So clean and affordable for such a great location!

The house was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable with soft linens. The house provides all amenities for a lovely beach location. We loved it!!

My favorite getaway!

I absolutely love this property and enjoy every minute I am there. The ocean breeze and fresh mangoes and figs are icing on the cake.

This house is so perfect, Beautiful setting, well furnished, we enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner for our stay. They even had beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, cooler, beach towels etc for our use. We had breakfast and dinner on the porch overlooking the beach, and the mountains are also beautiful. Everything was perfect. Checkin and checkout was straightforward, no hassle. Would definitely recommend.

Great location!

This house was in a perfect location to easily access our two favorite beaches (hapuna and Mauna Kea). It was super clean, the kitchen has all new appliances, and the patio was great. The umbrella was broken when we arrived, but Georgine was quick to respond and brought us a new one. We would definitely stay again!
