Beautifully Golf Course Townhome In Dobson Ranch

This is an end unit, 3 level home in a gated and highly sought after community. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing yet convenient place to stay, you have found it!

Townhome has been remodeled from top to bottom. New floors, new carpet, new furniture, new appliances and a sweet new Kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops, beautiful oak cabinets and stainless appliances.

New light fixtures and seating at the island in addition to the dining room table. The kitchen is stocked for 8 and includes any thing you may need.

Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms (King in main, queen in 2nd) both rooms have walk in closets and full baths. Main bedroom has a 48" Smart TV.

The main level has a 1/2 bath and a formal living area with a 32" Smart TV, dining room and kitchen. This level has a furnished balcony overlooking the golf course.

The lower level leads to the main furnished patio with the water front just steps away. This room has a great sectional couch, a 55" Samsung Ultra HD Smart TV, a Samsung sound bar, and an electric fire place for those chilly nights! In a separate room, there is a brand new Samsung washer and dryer.

Assigned parking spot in front of unit, enough room for two vehicles. The community pool is across the street. The home has Internet with Century link, Direct TV for all TV's and ADT home security for your peace of mind.

Property and location were great

The property manager was timely in his responses. Good spaces throughout the townhouse, lots of stairs. Nice kitchen with lots of cookware and such.

Moat outside the balcony. Lots of wildlife.

Great Townhouse in a Perfect Location

Loved our 10 days here. Unit has everything you could want. Right on Dobson Ranch GC. Close to many things. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

Our group of 4 stayed here for a week while attending a family wedding. The location was perfect for us - near restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The condo was exactly as pictured. The owner was quick to respond to the one problem we had. We'd love to stay here again.

Mesa House Visit

We had a wonderful time. We were there to visit family and your house was only five minutes away from them. We throughly enjoyed sitting on the patios in the mornings and evenings. What a lovely home, we will definitely want to stay there again.

Arizona roots revisited…

This was a great location for our use. It was so nice coming home to this well-appointed condo. The kitchen is completely supplied with everything we needed. Furnishings were up to date and in good condition. Comfy beds, and superior linens. Great golf course views. Rent this place and rest well.

Very nice condo

We were in Mesa visiting family and stayed for six days. The condo was so nice, comfortable and well taken care of! The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to all correspondence. We will check for this place again for any future visit!!

Nice affordable unit

Nice centrally located three floor end unit backing up to golf course. Appropriately priced for amenities provided. Liked the location as it was near family we visited. Owner was very responsive to questions we had on arrival.

Great Stay at Dobson Ranch

My wife and I had an awesome stay at this very roomy and updated townhome at Dobson Ranch. Our host was very responsive and we had no issues throughout our stay. The location was perfect and everything advertised regarding this townhome was spot on. Sitting out on the deck, relaxing, enjoying the scenery and the golfers strolling by was great. Definitely would rent this place again!!

Serene and comfortable

This is a lovely property that looks out onto the golf course and the lagoon. It was well appointed, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very kind to let me stay a couple hours after the check out time to rest before my flight as I was quite ill.

Peaceful and Fun Get away!

The condo was in a quiet peaceful community! Conveniently located for walking/ hiking and golfing opportunities. Check in/check out was very easy! Condo was clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was easy too!

Comfortable Stay

Townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. Excellent tv package allowed us to watch all of our sports teams that we follow on a big screen tv. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching golfers play. Kitchen is well stocked but could use more plates but otherwise has exerything you might need. Would love to come back!

Ironman Race Week

We have stayed at this lovely home several times before when in town for the Ironman triathlon. It was as nice as ever! Wonderful master bedroom upstairs, well stocked kitchen, quiet corner location overlooking the canal and golf course. Lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the Canada geese and ducks, as well as a cute turtle. Tracy is a wonderful host, and was very rrsponsive to my communications. Highly recommend.

Comfortable

We just stayed for ten days (11-21 Feb) We enjoyed the house a lot. It is very comfortable, good quality furniture and the beds are very comfortable. It is well equipped with everything we needed for a stay away from home. Two patios with nice views across the golf course. Great communication with Tracy, no fuss, no silly rules which we have experienced with other properties we have rented. I would have no issue renting this property again. Chris S. Saskatoon Canada.

Great place, great view, great area

We loved this place! So roomy and comfortable. Very convenient to get around, close to the airport, ASU (we went to a football game) and freeways. Really good places to eat that were really close by (thanks for the recommendations in the notebook). The only issue we had was that darned step between the living room and dining room. Even after warning each other, my hubby tripped and fell. Our own fault though. I almost hate too tell you all how nice this place was, in case it gets so popular we can't book it again 😉

Spring Getaway

My wife and I spent a week at this property and we enjoyed our time. The downstairs rec room was very nice after a long day of hiking and we spent a lot of time out on the back deck watching the golfers. We saw a few turtles in the water as well as several ducks. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very nice. Only a few things could be addressed - the ice maker wasn't working, the sliders were difficult to open or close and the outdoor cushions were worn. Otherwise, the home was very clean & comfortable. If we come back to Mesa, we'd stay here again. Thank you!

Wedding weekend

My son was getting married and my husband and I decided to stay in Mesa for the wedding. The townhome turned out to be more that we expected. We loved the fact that it was right on a golf course. The condo was decorated impeccably and we loved both of the patio deck areas. We had an issue with the security gate the day before we left however I contacted the owner and he said he would contact the HOA to have it fixed. Next time we’re in Mesa I will be renting this beautiful townhouse again. Maybe next time we’ll even get a chance to play a round or two of golf.

Weekend getaway

The pictures don’t do it justice. Very nice property. Comfortable, clean and perfect for our stay. Husband and I came for the weekend to visit adult kids. The boys golfed while the girls watched from the patio and enjoyed a few cocktails. Had a nice barbecue outside. Plenty to do in the close proximity of the property. 10/10. We will definitely be back.

Mesa Snowbird Getaway

Perfect location and is exactly as advertised. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed being on the golf course as it made it feel like we weren't in the city. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The townhouse was large and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it anyone wishing to spend time in the Mesa or surrounding cities.

This location is perfect. It is located in the South West corner of Mesa AZ bordering Chandler and Tempe. If you like baseball you will find Spring training stadiums are close or very easy to get to as you are just Minutes for US 60 and Loop 101. Chicago Cubs new stadium as well as the Oakland A's are down the road. If you like hiking you have the amazingly beautiful Superstition Mountains just to the East of Mesa. You are minutes from ASU, and 20 minutes will get you to down town Phoenix. For the golfers...well Dobson Ranch is a great course. You can enjoy yourself right here or explore the many courses that the Valley of the Sun has to offer. I could go on and on but my suggestion is to come To AZ relax and explore. I guarantee you can relax in this Town Home
