Peaceful waterfront cottage, close to town!

Beautiful, brand new two person studio cottage, with a full kitchen, inspiring picture window views of Griffin bay and beyond. Comfortable queen bed. Sitting area has gorgeous water view. The lagoon at the bottom of our yard has marvelous bird activity.
This property is on the water; you can step onto the shore. Private garden, entrance and parking. This location is close to town, yet peaceful and surrounded by nature.
The lagoon provides wonderful bird watching opportunities and the sunny south facing site is truly enjoyable.

Absolutely loved staying here! Convenient location and perfectly combines the charm of town and the natural beauty of this region. The hosts were so wonderful as was the cleanliness and comfort of the home! We hope to be back!

The location was great, we loved the beach access, the cottage had everything we needed, it was clean and nice! We thought it was just like the description and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Great vrbo! One of the best we’ve stayed at. Property just as advertised. Very convenient location to downtown and to sight seeing. Would highly recommend this for your next vacation stay.

Super cute stay! Clean and beautiful property. Felt a little awkward cause I didn’t realize we were on the same property as the host but they were super kind and didn’t bother us :) the views were beautiful and very easy to get to the shops and just around in general

We enjoyed our stay, this is a hidden gem and we would come back again. It was very clean, beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed our short walk to a table and chairs overlooking the waterfront. Beach access was a bonus. The owners are very nice.

The cottage and property was beautiful and accurate as listed. Only a mile walk into town and was a peaceful location with a wonderful view of the water.

Listing was as advertised. Nice to be closes to town. Bike rental within walking distance. The cottage is kept in perfect shape. Equipped with pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. Looking forward to coming back.

What a great place to stay on San Juan Island! Perfect for us as a couple for a getaway weekend. Charming, clean, and well stocked. Beautiful grounds and access to the water. We had a great time and highly recommend.

My wife was judging the fiber arts for the San Juan County fair. The fairgrounds was just a few blocks away, but the place felt like an escape. I miss having a TV to unwind at night. But the WiFi was good.

For many years when we were living elsewhere (our former fast-paced, urban, busy , fun, and noisy ) the San Juan Islands were a beacon for us, shaping our goals for a new chapter of living a little slower, a little simpler, with more natural beauty. We have tried to keep to that vision in making our little cottage a place where you might experience what we love about his part of the world.

We really think this is the best of both worlds for out of town visitors. You are surrounded by the beauty of this unique environment, the water of Griffin Bay, the clean air that blows over these islands, the quiet of being distance from major traffic ways... and yet we are walking distance to the town's restaurants, theaters, museums, the harbor and music venues. We love living where we do on this fantastic island. Beautiful and convenient!
