In Town! Cannery Inn - Lummi

Located a few blocks from the ferry landing; this newly built, cozy and modern unit has everything you will need to enjoy Friday Harbor.
Cannery Inn - Lummi is one of 4 rooms for rent at the Cannery Inn building. The Lummi room is ideal for guests seeking outdoor activities, shopping, dining and everything else the island has to offer. Also perfect for the boater who wants to regain their land legs, as the stairs down to the Port of Friday Harbor are only a few yards away.

This unit is equipped with a mini-Keurig (coffee pods are provided upon check-in) microwave, mini fridge, full bath, queen bed, Wi-Fi and flat screen Satellite TV. Guests are also welcome to relax and take in the magnificent water views from the common deck area. There is a smaller deck area attached to the unit if you are seeking more privacy. For groups larger than 2, please contact San Juan Property Management for booking additional units.

Downtown Friday Harbor is one short block away from the Cannery Inn. Guests can take a short stroll down the hill to visit some of Friday Harbor's best coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and parks.

Loved our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect and the views from the deck are stunning. We even had our own little deck. The room was clean and modern. My only very minor complaint is that it got warm at night and we only had a small fan in the room. Everything else was perfect! Highly recommend.

This is not a hotel. It’s an old house without insulation. You can hear neighbors in bathrooms, in bed, whole conversations and emotional exchanges. The view is not worth the absence of privacy or quiet. Go to a hostel instead. The two days here ruined my trip

Friday Harbour stay!

Overall a very pleasant stay! Nice convenient and clean property. Easy check in process and able to check in early which was nice. Only downside is the walls are very thin and you will be able to hear your neighbors even if they are talking at a normal volume. They do provide you with ear plugs however.

Great base for a few days relaxing and exploring the island. A lovely quaint cottage vibe with all essential amenities. View from porch was beautiful, location was perfect. A few more simple amenities would elevate this property even more e.g. iron & board, larger vanity unit in bathroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a gorgeous location, very convenient to the ferry and everything in town. The room was very nice and comfortable. The management company emailed us early on our arrival day to say we could get in earlier. We took an early ferry and squeezed in a gorgeous kayak. THANKS!!Could have used 2 luggage racks. Could use some shelves in the bathroom so we did not have to put our stuff on the floor. When you turn on the shower the water goes out onto the floor.

Great location, beautiful view and comfortable room.

The location couldn’t have been better for our stay on San Juan Island. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Review of Cannery Inn Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Cannery Inn. We especially enjoyed the proximity to town which made it extremely walkable and the views from the community deck. We were grateful for the white noise machine because the other doors in the building created a noise for the door in our room, but it wasn't off-putting at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay!

Super location with an excellent view of Friday Harbor. This location is close to restaurants and shops, we walked all over the downtown from here. Parking is easy and close. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfectly situated so I could walk everywhere in town in minutes.

It was perfect place for my needs. I was able to walk to all the restaurants in town for all my meals and it was clean, quiet, and spacious.

Noisy but nice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy to walk around town. It is a very noisy building. Did not hear traffic but can hear every door open close, neighboring room conversations and toilets flushing. Would have been nicer if it had better insolation between the walls and doors. Only 2 paper cups were provided for 3 days in site, but with grocery within walking distance we bought some. Shower is very small and water leaks out of the door. I bit of mildewing around the caulking but overall spaces were clean. Enjoyed our time overall.

Nice room, easy walk to town

The room was clean and attractive, as advertised. Only complaint was the extremely thin walls, you can hear a lot from the neighboring rooms. The host is up front about this with prominent signs regarding the thin walls and provides ear plugs for your stay. It didn’t negatively affect our stay.

Comfortable and lovely view

Our room was clean and very comfortable. We ate some of our meals on our private deck overlooking the marina. Close to shopping and restaurants with a short uphill walk. We very much enjoyed our stay

Super great location with a great view and clean.

This was a great an convenient property. The walls are very thin, so there was a lot of noise with the other guests. I would stay here again.

Great location

Clean and convenient to everything. Nice and clean but really thin walls. Could use some kind of counter space in the bathroom and a coffee pot. Would recommend!
