Waterfront! Hot Tub!
This north facing, waterfront home just minutes from town, is a retreat for a small family or a few friends to come and relax on San Juan Island. (EWR) **There is a staircase that is used to access the house.

Located on the main floor is the gourmet kitchen with an open concept to the living room and incredible view of San Juan Channel.
Enjoy a movie on the Smart TV (Roku's equipped for each TV with your personal login) or sit and watch the boats cruise past the waterfront. A small collection of board games is provided in the living room for the family to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs (spices are not always guaranteed) which includes an in-island cooktop stove and sub-zero refrigerator. Seating at the bar and at the convertible armoire/table are the options to enjoy your meal.

There is a large, spacious deck off the living room to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a King bed, en suite bathroom with double sink and heated floors, and private outdoor deck. The extra room off the upstairs bedroom has a hide-a-bed couch and pack n' play for the smaller child.

Downstairs boasts a Queen bed, 3/4 bathroom and access to the outdoor 6-person hot tub.

Enjoy a meal on the picnic table while watching the boats drift by. This is a great space to relax and unwind on San Juan Island.

** Parents please be aware that this home has low-bank waterfront exposure and although the owners welcome families, the home may not be suitable for all children.
**Outdoor fires are not permitted at this property any time of year.

** Multiple stairs are used to access this property. Not wheelchair accessible.
This is a Non-Smoking property.
Please be advised, hot tub/yard maintenance may occur during your stay.

This was the best VRBO rental I have had. The house was so much cleaner than the typical VRBO, the view was insane and so relaxing. I highly recommend this rental and I will be back next year for sure!

This home was amazing, and even better than the photos! We absolutely loved our stay. It’s a quick drive from everything on the island but tucked away with the most incredible water views. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck each morning and the bedroom balconies were great too. Just a few minor things to take note- there are a lot of stairs here! Also the pull out sofa mattress is terrible so if you need to use it please take note. Otherwise everything was PERFECT! Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us. I’d love to come back again next year. The San Juan’s are magical!

Nice spot for six people to stay with an amazing view. We saw Orcas in the distance from the balcony, bring binoculars! There is a path down to the water if desired.

I was hoping to find a place that offered spectacular views of the water and distant landscape, and this home did not disappoint. Just five minutes after our arrival, we witnessed a rather large sea lion going about its business, which set the tone for our wonderful stay. We also saw a seal and a pair of otters just off the rocks below the house. The house is a short drive to Friday Harbor, with Lime Kiln and Roche Harbor not much further away.We look forward to return to San Juan Island in the future and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The view was amazing. So quiet and peaceful. The home was super clean! Loved all the spaces. We used the hottub and it was great. Hot, lots of room and on the deck overlooking the water. Would love to spend weeks here!!!

Great stay at a great property

Great stay at a great property. Only thing it could have used was some kind of shelter for the hot tub so you can still use it in the rain.

This is our second time at the home, we love how comfortable it is. We saw 2 orcas out our window, which was a treat. Loved the hot tub and how clean the place is. We will be back.

Beautiful waterfront retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first trip to San Juan Island and we picked the perfect home to stay in. Basically 2 primary suites + a little bonus(private room) with a full sized pullout, perfect for our 12 year old daughter. Downstairs bathroom was a bit dated but the expansive water views, private setting and hot tub over looking the San Juan Channel more than made up for it! We were lucky enough to snap some pics and videos of orcas right from one of the 3 decks available for sitting, relaxing and taking in the beauty!! Kitchen was snug but fully equipped with everything needed. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and even last minute details after we checked out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat🩷🫍🦅

Location and amenities were great!! We combined getting out and exploring with a leisurely day inside playing games and photographing orcas. It was everything we were looking for in a local birthday weekend getaway!

Nothing short of amazing in all aspects (as long as you are ok with stairs) wildlife, scenery, peaceful bliss. Awesome place. If you can spend some time here, do it.
