Beach house is situated on a triple lot with a huge yard. 3 Bedroom (1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin) Hardwood Floors, Full bath, Living Room, Kitchen. Fully Furnished with washer/dryer in basement. Enclosed outdoor shower is great after a day at the beach or an afternoon on the deck. House also features brand new central AC for those real hot summer days. Enjoy front and back decks with patio furniture, gas grill and fire pit. Also features a two-car garage. Huge yard allows for a variety of outdoor activities. One mile from East Matunuck State Beach. Walking distance to Matunuck Oyster Bar and to Snug Harbor Marina. Close to Jim's Dock, the Ocean Mist, Block Island Ferry, Galilee and Narragansett. The perfect place to enjoy lazy summer days in a beautiful seaside village.

Clean and comfortable beach cottage

My family enjoyed this beach cottage very much. The house is comfortable and very clean. The front porch is perfect for coffee in the morning. The table on the deck is great for dinner. The neighborhood is attractive and quiet. The property owner is organized and pleasant to work with. We appreciate her efforts to help us enjoy our days at the beach. We hope to rent this cottage again.

Wonderful stay!

Homeowner was great about being flexible with schedule and was fantastic with communication!!! House location was perfect, off the main road but close enough to everything!!! The only negative was having to leave! Would rebook one a heartbeat!

Lovely home, perfect for small family.

The house has everything you could ask for and is in a great location. The beds are comfortable and the yard is spacious. We had a great trip and would definitely rent this property again.

Super-cute and convenient!

We loved our stay here, Christine was very helpful and made sure everything was ready for us. The house is clean and neat and located near great beaches.

Great Accommodation & Location

Thoughly enjoyed our two week stay at this property. It was extremely clean and well appointed with Wi-Fi, cable tv, central air, laundry facilities, outdoor shower, and linen service. The large backyard, BBQ grill, and deck made outdoor entertaining fun. Our grandchildren loved the tree swing! Could walk to local marinas and bait shop with a little deli tucked in there to pick up your morning coffee or a sandwich for lunch. East Matunuck State Beach and local resturants were just a short drive away. Truly, one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever rented!

Adorable!

Great location, very clean, has everything you will need, house is so cute & comfy. Back yard is huge! Christine & Dave the owners are wonderful.

Our house is 1 mile from East Matunuck State Beach. It is a short drive to other great beaches as well. The house is walking distance to the Matunuck Oyster Bar and the Snug Harbor Marina. Theatre By the Sea, the Ocean Mist, ice cream and other great restaurants are just a short drive. Wakefield and Narragansett are close by where you can access shops, banks and other necessities.
