The house is lovely, very comfortable insode and out. Great sitting out on the canal watching the sunrise. Pool was very nice and the host even went out of the way to change the timing for the heating of the pool as we are more night owls than most people. Overall a wonderful experience!!!

Great area

Great little spot on the water with bars and restaurants within 1/4 mile of the property. Also just 2 miles from Miceli’s Restaurant which was our favorite. Live music everyday and great food.

Julia extremely hospitable and friendly. Place very clean and beautiful . But disappointed in that there was no hot tub and no heated pool as advertised

Memorial Weekend 2024

This place was amazing! Super clean, fully stocked. Pet friendly. Great out door space. The pool was great. We stayed outside most of the time. Did a little fishing! Grilled food the entire weekend. It was great! Julia was supet helpful and friendly! We loved our stay and will be back!

Perfect and relaxing stay...

Julia was a fantastic host and the communication was great. The location was great and convenient to everything that we needed. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The screened in patio and pool, overlooking the canal was our favorite feature. It was so relaxing and when you stepped outside to the patio, you could feel yourself decompress immediately. We found ourselves spending most of our time there and ate all of our meals there. Our 5-night stay was perfect and I certainly would recommend to family or friends.

Excellent 7 week stay in Cape Coral. We rented this home through January and February. The home is spacious and well laid out. The pool and lanai were great, the canal views were also very good. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood. Newer homes, nice neighbors. It is close to a walking/biking trail and a great neighborhood for walking dogs. We felt very safe here.Very close access to all the stores and restaurants with easy access to Cape Coral to the south and to Punta Gorda to the north. The home was well equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. Use of the garage was a bonus for storing a motorcycle and trailer. Julia was a great host. We had a few small things come up during our stay. Julia handled them quickly to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again.

Open and spacious! Great location!

The home…size, location and canal was very nice.. The beds very comfortable, plenty of sheets and towels and kitchen well equipped with dishes glasses, silverware etc...home very spacious and open. Home is very close to markets and restaurants. For a long term stay.. We would recommend towel bar and robe/ towel hooks for bathroom, grab bars in both bathrooms as a safety precaution and an upgrade with the vacuum. Home does not provide cable or satellite tv, streaming only.

The stay here was absolutely fantastic!The host Julia was very helpful with the check in process and available for questions at any time, also providing suggestions of places to visit.The house was immaculate and everything working great and the neighbourhood felt as safe as it possibly could. A very quiet and family friendly area which was perfect for a couple trying to get away from the busier areas.The pool was a little colder than expected after paying the additional pool heater fee except for one evening when it did actually get to a lovely warm temperature which made us wonder if it was meant to be like that the whole time, though it could have just been temporarily ‘extra warm’ as the water had been topped up, though in March with UV going up to 8/9 the slightly cooler pool was refreshing. The view across the canal was also beautiful and highly recommended over a property without this.The cleanliness and comfort really made our getaway really relaxing and the area of Cape Coral serves as a perfect base for reasonably short drives to nearby places like Siesta Beach. Plenty of restaurants in the area too and would recommend Twisted Lobster for some good value food which was very busy with Locals. Overall highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Awesome place and very quiet

I want to thank the property manager Julia for let us stay in her home. Everything was clean and ready for our family. The pool is fantastic for have fun.

GREAT LOCATION WITH POOL

Very nice home on canal with large pool. Enjoyed our stay very much. Location is great and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. House is large and has great open living space and really nice outdoor living space by pool. We will be back! Thank you Julia.

Excellent Hostess, Tranquil Location very Spacious

Our family had a great stay at this home, the hostess, Julia, is one of a kind, she greeted us with open arms, gave us great referrals to locations as to where to eat and what beaches to go to. Made us feel like we are visiting family. Very clean and spacious home, we had a nice and restful stay, would visit again for sure!...Thank you Julia for the hospitality and warm welcome, we also loved the borrowing Owl next tot he property who would greet us every time we arrived home :)

Relaxing stay

The property was as advertised. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Wish there would have been a couple chairs in living room like a recliner. Water and ice maker did not work but owner did drop off ice when we mentioned it. South facing Pool was wonderful. Glad we paid for heating it. All floors in house are tile which means a lot when you have a dog. Appreciated the use of the garage. There are bikes but we did not use. Extra bonus was that we saw a Manatee in the canal. We had time to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Thanks Julia.

Perfect House for Our Family

The layout of this house was perfect for our family. The space was just the right size for us. We enjoyed the back patio and pool. Location on the canal let us see fish and turtles. Access to beach chairs and a cooler made for a great day trip for us! Stores were easy to get to as well - which was a plus!

Saw a Manatee

Overall our stay was good. Julia accommodated our early check-in and she had someone come over immediately when we reported an issue with the pool filter.
