Peaceful country place

This place was great! Short drive to restaurant, groceries and taking walks. It has a mountain view. Owners very nice! Will come again.

This was our second time staying here. Amazing experience again. We came up to visit our daughter in college. This is a great place to get away and enjoy time together. Simple, peaceful, extremely clean. We look forward to staying again.

Quiet beautiful place!

Wonderful Stay

This place was great. The scenery from the windows and bird watching was amazing. We saw lots of wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked and all the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay.

Karma and Ron are caring and attentive host. Bellevue Blue is a quiet relaxing place to enjoy the Fort Collins and surrounding areas. Wildlife and local unique birds in abundance. The accommodations meant all are expectations. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Karma and Ron.

Lovely retreat

We stayed at Bellvue Blue for a quick retreat from the city for my son's third birthday. My city kids loved the country experience. I have young kids and the toys, play set, hot tub, motorized car, foosball, and short walk to visit the cows was perfect for us! We would highly recommend staying here to get away from it all.

A MUST STAY!!!

I literally cannot say enough positive things about our stay and experience. The hosts are AMAZING, and so sweet. Went more above and beyond than any other VRBO I have ever stayed in, by a mile. The place was immaculate. You can tell they care deeply about their property and making their guests incredibly comfortable. So organized and so thoughtful in what they include in the house. They literally have every little thing you could need, and the decor and everything else makes the place so cozy. Feels just like your grandmas house. I will stay again 1000%, and cannot wait to do so. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wonderful night stay!

Would love to stay here again! Close proximity to Ft. Collins, easy to find. Our family spent one night here, but our girls wished we could have stayed longer. Such a cute farm house, plenty of space, comfy beds, etc. The owners were so welcoming and accommodating to us since we needed a place to store our dirt bikes for the night. Vern's, which is close by, is an awesome place for breakfast! We will definitely consider renting this property again. Thank you so much!

Amazingly beautiful

My mother, daughter and I spent 6 days with Karma and Ron. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. I have family in the Fort Collins area and they loved to house. I am referring other family members to stay there as it is so convenient. This is a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The beds where great and the hot tub was a high plus after long days of hiking and rafting we only wished we could have stayed longer. I have plans to come back with my husband.

Ideal location to explore the Colorado Rockies!

Great little secluded and QUIET place in the foothills just outside Ft. Collins, CO. I needed some quiet time for prayer and reflection. Absolutely got what I needed here! It is a wonderful location to explore the Rockies by day and relax in the HOT TUB before bedtime. Three beds will easily sleep 6, with room for kiddos to "camp" on the floor. There's also a small playground and lawn area for the little ones to run off excess energy. Would highly recommend for couples or family get togethers Looking into returning at Christmas time for our family Christmas.

The perfect mountain experience

I cannot recommend this rental property and the owners more. We needed a place to stay for my Sister-In-Law’s wedding in Fort Collins. After shopping around a bit, we picked this charming cabin based on the fact that there was a play set outside and a hot tub, even though it was a little farther from where we needed to be. I’m so glad! When it started snowing on our drive in, and I finally made it up the hill, I was a little worried. But Karma was out front sweeping the snow from the steps, and she and her husband kept the walkways cleared until the snow stopped. They brought out sleds and winter gloves so my Florida babies could play in the snow. My kids had a BLAST playing on the outdoor play set and playing with the toys inside. The home was cozy but spacious, with everything we needed for our extended weekend. And my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after the kids were asleep. The house is in the perfect location to enjoy the mountain scenery while still being just a short drive to Fort Collins. The fluffy deer meandering through the front yard were icing on the cake. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we visit our family! Karma and Ron really put their love into the home, and are the most gracious hosts!
