A MUST STAY!!!

I literally cannot say enough positive things about our stay and experience. The hosts are AMAZING, and so sweet. Went more above and beyond than any other VRBO I have ever stayed in, by a mile. The place was immaculate. You can tell they care deeply about their property and making their guests incredibly comfortable. So organized and so thoughtful in what they include in the house. They literally have every little thing you could need, and the decor and everything else makes the place so cozy. Feels just like your grandmas house. I will stay again 1000%, and cannot wait to do so. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Repeat Guest…will be back

This was our second time staying here. Amazing experience again. We came up to visit our daughter in college. This is a great place to get away and enjoy time together. Simple, peaceful, extremely clean. We look forward to staying again.

Peaceful country place

Great place to stay.

Karma and Ron are caring and attentive host. Bellevue Blue is a quiet relaxing place to enjoy the Fort Collins and surrounding areas. Wildlife and local unique birds in abundance. The accommodations meant all are expectations. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Karma and Ron.

Ideal location to explore the Colorado Rockies!

Great little secluded and QUIET place in the foothills just outside Ft. Collins, CO. I needed some quiet time for prayer and reflection. Absolutely got what I needed here! It is a wonderful location to explore the Rockies by day and relax in the HOT TUB before bedtime. Three beds will easily sleep 6, with room for kiddos to "camp" on the floor. There's also a small playground and lawn area for the little ones to run off excess energy. Would highly recommend for couples or family get togethers Looking into returning at Christmas time for our family Christmas.

Fabulous and Relaxing Front Range Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed this property and it's managers. The home had three beds which was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for us to make meals and enjoy our time. The propane grill worked perfectly and the hot tub felt amazing! The property also had a play set for my kids to enjoy and lots of rabbits in the yard for them to chase. Coffee on the porch each morning watching the birds and bunnies! It was a wonderful way to wake up! Just a few miles from the Morning Fresh Dairy Farm for fresh ice cream, root beer milk, and Noosa Yoghurt! Also just a couple miles from 10 Bears Winery! It was LOVELY!! Thanks for the relaxing and lovely stay!

Peacefully perfect

We came to Ft. Collins area for a softball tournament and found this wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Karma and Ron were great hosts. They were available but not intrusive. It is a short drive to Ft. Collins but far enough away to experience nature and wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

This place was great. The scenery from the windows and bird watching was amazing. We saw lots of wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked and all the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend.

Beautiful welcoming Country setting

This place was a little tough to find, but definitely a hidden jewel! Sets back off the street it was like being at grandmas house! Thats all good. Warm beautiful quilt, clean hot tub - super towels in the bathroom I was excited to use. And when i forgot to put a drink in the super clean fridge, there was ice trays in the freezer! The only thing was no streaming just satellite tv, but who needs that when you have a foosball table! Yea the kids screaming and having a great time was a happy delight. We LOVED THIS PLACE

Fort Collins Trip

Good communications with the friendly owners. They live in the other half of the rental house and we never heard or saw them during our weekend. It is a rural, quiet area near Fort Collins. House was clean and comfortable. Hot tub is older but worked great. The television is smaller with limited channels but it worked fine. Overall impression of rental property is positive.
