Relaxing And Fun Beachhouse

Come to our beachhouse to have fun on Hilton Head Island or kick back and just relax.

Enjoy the short 3-5 minute walk to our natural pristine beach on this beachfront property with 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a whirlpool/hot tub, tennis courts, sauna, exercise room, basketball court, playground area, bbq area, lagoon and gated with a security guard community. We are in the 3rd set of buildings from the beachfront.

The unit is on the 2nd floor - NO elevator.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with fully stocked kitchen (just groceries needed), living room, laundry room and screened porch offers you all the convenience of home while on vacation.

Within a 5-7 minute drive you are at great shopping, restaurants and 12 miles of additional beaches on our island. Hilton Head Island is rated as a Gold Level Friendly Community by the American League of Bicyclists with great multi-use pathways. We enjoy riding a bike. Bike rentals are popular and weekly rentals includes delivery.

Conveniently located close to everything - restaurants, shopping, entertainment and all the local needs - library, hospital, airport and much more.

Fantastic Weekend with Family

This home was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The area was quiet and well maintained. The home had everything we needed for the weekend. The owners were very caring and was easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again with my family and highly recommend to others.

The actual condos are older, but one inside this one was very clean! Even pots and pans etc! Had everything we needed 😊

A decent budget stay

There are a lot of high end places on HHI but we weren’t interested in paying a lot of money just for a home base. We were out exploring and enjoying the area! So, in that regard, this place checked the box for us. It was a decent and mostly comfortable budget place. It was smaller than I anticipated— we had our 2 teenage boys and 1 pre-teen boy with us and it felt like we were on top of each other all the time. We aren’t cat people so the smell outside was very noticeable to us, especially after a rainstorm. The property is also right under the landing path of the airport— planes start flying in around 7am and barely seem to stop all day. So, if you’re sensitive to sounds and smells, I wouldn't recommend this place. Also, as another reviewer said, the TV is very slow to respond. We did like the close walk to a beach, especially during low tide. The kitchen was also well equipped so I could make meals for my hungry boys.

Cozy beach house

Home was lovely overall. Had a small issue with the ac on a super hot day and within 15 minutes there was already someone on the way to get it fixed. I'm overall very pleased and would 100 percent book again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Father’s Day Weekend!

My family and I had an amazing time at the beach house.!!!!! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. I took my husband for Father’s Day weekend and he enjoyed it very much while my kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the beach. I would recommend anyone Visiting Hilton Head to checkout this place, it’s all you need to have a great time. Amazing Location!

We stayed a week here, and was very pleased wirh everything, from location, to property amenities, condo amenities and the beach being right in the back yard of the property. This condo had absolutely everything we needed, including cookware. The host was very easy to work with, and had excellent communication. I would highly recommend this host and this home!

Relax in comfortable setting

Nice location close to water and swimming pool. Well-rquipped kitchen with Keurig and coffee maker. Beach chairs and wagon in closet helped with trips to beach. Pleasant communication with owner. Friendly gate attendants, Paul and Tina.

HH trip

Condo was older, it was clean. Lots of steps to get to it. TV in living room was difficult to operate, directions werent clear. Had to reset multiple times. Soap and toilet paper supply was minimal.

Quiet Splendor, Phenomenal Sunrise

Property is well appointed and convenient to all that Hilton Head has to offer. One of our party is on a cane, but the second floor stairs were easy to ascend. Short walk to a private pier and clam beds, wildlife, and bird watching. Owners are very communicative and no issues were encountered during our short stay. We look forward to staying again longer!

Spring Break Getaway

This property was exactly what we hoped for. Traveled from Wisconsin and our kids loved the cat sanctuary, close view of landing planes, short walk to the private beach, and indoor pool with sauna. We were able to cook, see the local sights, and enjoyed the condo and grounds. We even snacked on the loquats growing on the premises. The host was beyond responsive! No complaints and we highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Hilton Head!

Staying at The Spa

We had a nice stay at The Spa property until a friend we were with got sick and we left early. It was a little tough for a bunch of 80 year olds to haul all of our stuff up and down the long flight of steps (14). Communicating with Natalie, the owner, was very easy and she promptly got back to us.

Comfy and cozy

We spent a quiet and very comfortable Christmas here. We loved watching the kitties across the way, walking along the natural beach, and discovering new (to us) birds. Highly recommended!

Weekend getaway

Anniversary Weekend

My family enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean & cozy. The short walk to beach was amazing & we enjoyed being near everything. This will be our go to spot whenever we visit Hilton Head!! Definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect

The Beach house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one child. It was far enough from the main part of the island but close enough we were able to get anywhere we wanted within a 15 minute drive. We loved being able to take a short walk to a less crowded Fish Haul beach compared to Coligny. The beach house was the perfect size, it was clean and cozy. Great place for our first time at HHI!

Loved it!

My wife and I, along with our 15 year old daughter and 9 month old son stayed here for a long weekend trip to get away. We loved the location and the condo was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds are full/queen size so my wife and I weren't able to sleep in the same bed but we made it work. We are used to our king size. We didn't get the chance to try out the pool area but it looked nice. The cat sanctuary at the entrance of the neighborhood kind of threw us off but it didn't bother us until I woke up one morning and had cat prints all over my truck. We had a great time and would stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head.

Don’t let the reviews turn you away.

My family had a great time at this condo and ist very close to anything you could need. Beach, groceries, shopping, and restaurants are all within a 10 minute drive. The condo property is of course right on an ocean inlet and the beach area there is very fun and different than a traditional beach. There are trees that hang over the parking lot that leave sap ish stuff on the cars but it comes off easy enough and the cats from the rescue were no issue at all. The condo itself was clean and maintained and everything worked as it should. We did not use any of the pools so I can not comment on those. This property is at the end of a dead end street so there is next to no traffic other then people coming in and out of the property itself. There are airplanes that fly over head but we were not bothered in the slightest and in fact we enjoyed watching them.

Perfect Spot for a Girls Trip

This condo is on just the right spot! Located on the Sound (ocean meets river). Far enough away from the throngs of tourist, but close enough to get there if you choose to!! Very nice condo, plenty of room for 4 adult women. All the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach was an easy short walk and the condo had all the beach equipment we needed.

Perfect for connecting and relaxing

We had a great stay. Condo is clean and the location makes for a perfect retreat. Natalie was very friendly and provided information on the island and the condo which was very helpful. We walked to Fish Haul beach multiple times to experience it at low and high tide. The quaintness of the condo complex provided us some great focused family time. Worth the stay.

HER STORY: One of my fondest memories is the summers I spent in SC. My father was taught the importance of family and with him wanting to share the unity and love of his family, we journeyed to SC as a family on vacation, bringing us often to Hilton Head Island.
This was a wonderful experience, so as an adult, I too wanted to share SC with my family and express the heritage of family. And now having the opportunity to have a SC zip code on HHI, to share with family and friends, I am excited. I believe owning a home on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina will allow me a greater awareness of who my family was, is and to build on who they will become - THE LEGACY.
