We love this area of Orange Beach. We had a wonderful 5 days of watching and listening to the waves on the ocean from the balcony and on the beach. And we were blessed to watch a turtle nest hatch! The condo didn't disappoint either. It had all the basics we needed. And was an easy elevator ride to the beach, to the pools and to a few restaurants (with an easy walk.) The owners were very easy to work with too!

Great place

This was a great place to stay. We loved being able to use the other pools and everything that the other buildings offered like the coffee shop. The manager of the condo we stayed in was very helpful when I would text with any questions. I’d definitely stay here again.

Almost paradise

Absolutely great property to spend the week. Cant beat the view from any room and just sitting on the balcony was peaceful. Condo was very comfortable and ample amenities overall. Would definitely stay again and recommend friends as well.

Great rental on the beach, excellent beach views from living and master. Clean, well-stocked. Seamless checkin. Owner great communication. Only 2 small issues: Master bath could use updating and shower fairly small and short (talls beware). Kitchen Chairs extremely hard and uncomfortable (but there are also cushioned chairs). As others stated, bring your own toilet paper, paper towels (small rolls provided). Note balcony is not completely private.

This condo was in excellent condition and location to all sorts of things! Loved how easy the owners were to communicate with! This was an excellent place to stay and all the staff at the building were great. We will be back!

We had a great time and the unit was very nice. We needed a broom and dust pan though to clean up the kitchen area and entry way because of all the sand. I looked but couldnt find one anywhere.

The property was clean, well furnished, and the view of the ocean couldn't be beat. Property owner/manager was very responsive to our inquiries in a prompt manner.Before the week was over we all agreed that we would come back in a heart beat!

Our stay in Orange Beach was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. Relaxing & Quiet

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean, quiet and homey. We had all we needed while there. The building was easy to navigate, parking as plentiful and close to many restaurants. The only bad thing was other guests in other units were smoking on their patios and blowing over to us had to go inside a couple times to avoid the smoke. More about other not following the rules. Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday celebration at the beach

We had a great time, the beach and location was beautiful however this was the first time we had to supplement the toilet tissue ,coffee filters, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing soap and detergent for clothes along with new batteries in the remotes so they would work. Typically it has been our experience with VRBO there is enough essential supplies for four people for the entire stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Penny was great with communication.The double access Balcony view of the beach is absolutely STUNNING and Magazine style design with functional space to accommodate to the entire family but also peaceful and spacious for just two…..Anything you could possibly need for your beach stay, she has provided! We loved how organized everything was as well “Just Bring food”or “Just grab a beach towel” was all you needed,…was what we all kept saying. This was a great family trip, for all ages….. I would recommend your stay with Penny @ the phoenix4!

The condo itself was very nice. It felt like condo 4 was the forgotten condo. The sauna did not work, the workout facility was minimal, and you had to go to other Phoenixes to get what you needed. We LOVED the courts. There were lots of rude kids who ruined our evening pickleball games, but the parents were not supervising them. Being up on the 7th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen & 1 Full beds + we added a new queen sofa sleeper in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably.
Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
