Sterling Breeze is the most unique condo complex in Panama City Beach, with it’s quaint feel and convenient location. The top floor setting offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. You will also appreciate the lagoon, city, and bay views as you enter from the front walkway. The colorful condo is bright from outside sunlight, and features tile throughout. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bathroom is next to the bunk room. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and allows the chef to take in the outside view from a command position while cooking or entertaining. The balcony has a dining table and chairs, overlooks the pool deck and beach – and has a grill! If you have a larger group coming, check out our adjacent unit 2306 (VRBO #840058).

This condo has all the amenities of home, including WiFi internet, 2 LED TV’s with cable, washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, and dimmable lights for comfortable ambiance. It is located only a half mile from the new and expansive Pier Park shopping center. This area offers the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences in Panama City Beach, and more shops are on the way. It is only minutes from the new airport, and shuttle service is available. Trolley service is also available along the beach. For days when you are too tired to dine inside or go out to a restaurant, there are several carryout options within a couple blocks. There is also a snack bar and wine bar on the pool deck. The unique curved shape of the south facing rear of the building enhances the comfort of the pool deck during the winter months.

We are pleased to invite you to experience one of the nicest condos in the area. Enjoy long walks or jogs on the powdery white beach sand, or exercise in the fitness center while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. Swim in the infinity pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi. Read a book or watch the waves. Take a nap on the beach or go deep sea fishing. The options are many - and the opportunities are endless.

Amazing Views

We had a great vacation and the condo made it even better. The top floor views were unmatched and this was our fifth year in a row to visit Panama City Beach!! We will differently recommend the condo to all of our friends and family. The host was very easy to reach if you needed. Thank you for the stay!!

Amazing view with all the amenities needed for our weekend getaway.

My wife and I needed to escape for the weekend to catch our breath. This penthouse condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated, plush mattresses, spacious master shower, and an unbelievable view. We will definitely be returning.

Great love and place

The location is on the end of Panama strip and very close to Pier Park. The views from the condo are spectacular with seeing dolphins and rays swimming. The condo has all the extra touches and Mike is very easy to access if you need help.

Long Weekend

My wife and I spent a few days in Mike's condo for our 33rd Anniversary. Everything was as advertised! Very clean plus a great view!! We will be back.

Great trip.

Condo was nice and clean. Quick response times and Mike was extremely accommodating. I loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were included and the service was great! I loved that Sterling Breeze was not as large as some of the other condominiums and it was not as crowded and some of the places down the beach.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had such a great time. Condo was stocked with everything you would need. There was plenty of space for storage. The property was beautiful and clean. The location is wonderful. Not as crowded, but still close to everything. We would stay here again. Mike was very good with communication and staff was very friendly at Sterling Breeze!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze Unit 2305. The unit was very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved being on the West side of Panama City Beach. Great parking facilities for older folks like us. Owner of property stayed in contact to see if everything was good .

Wonderful view from the top!

Owner is super nice and helpful. Condo is beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed for a memorable vacation right there in the condo. The view from the balcony was awesome! We saw dolphins every morning, as well as sharks, rays, and schools of fish. You can see everything from up there! It felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay there again and again!

Great in every way!

Everything was exactly as promised and expected. Love the fact that it's on the top floor so there are no noise concerns from neighbors living above. Move in was a breeze and so was departure. Owner is great to work with, extremely helpful and responds in a timely fashion. It is located very close to the activities we participate in while in PCB. I definitely plan to return to this location.

Just Wow

The view could not get any better. The condo was really nice and very clean. This will be our first choice for now on. Grandson had a blast and him being 15 says a lot. When he would rather stay at the condo and beach area instead of arcades etc.. says even more. Mike was available with text each time I texted him.

Family fall break trip

We stayed at the condo for 4 nights. 2 adults and 4 kids. The beaches were beautiful and clean. The chair rental with the stay was great and easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The gym was convenient but a little outdated and very small. The convince of the washer and dryer was very nice. The room was clean and as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and was only missing a air fryer. Sterling breeze is not located in the main strip area, it is nice but also requires more driving. Would stay here again, next time I think we will look into the larger unit.

Beautiful View!

The condo is clean and well equipped for a family of four, and the view from the 23rd floor is amazing. We enjoyed the large pool and hot tub, the easy stroll to the beach, and the complimentary beach chairs. Dusty’s Oyster Bar is within walking distance, as is Pier Park. One little hiccup during our stay-one of the two elevators was broken and the only working elevator backed up during high use times (around 5 when people were coming back from the beach). Security said it should be fixed soon so it likely won’t be an issue for future guests. Mike, the owner, is very responsive and a great host!

Perfect

This condo was excellent! Equipped with everything you need and a little more. Bring binoculars because you will see so many neat things from the balcony. I suggest using the grill, it is awesome. There's not one thing negative thing I can say about our stay. If you have any questions, Mike will text you back quickly. We had no issues at all. Perfect. We will, without a doubt, be back.

Come back place.

Enjoyed indoor outdoor time. Laundry and grill nice. Lovely master bed/bath. Big white couch great sitting lounging not so good sleeping. Fabric of two recliners showing age and use and I didn't use because didn't like the feel. It is always beautiful to be on the beach or have beach right out your door. AThought the height might create lack of sound but I still could hear my waves so spent a lot of time on balcony. Enjoyed walking the beach to and from Pier Park. Interested in winter rates as it is a come back place.

Relaxing & Rejuvenating

This condo on the 23rd floor has breath taking views of Panama City and the beautiful Gulf coast. It was decorated in a bright and airy beach theme and had all the items one might need on vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items such as an ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and grill items too. The washer and dryer in the unit came in handy throughout the week as well. It was ideal for a family of 4, but can sleep up to 6 total. We brought our own beach toys, towels (there are 4 provided), binoculars, toiletries and spices for cooking. It was nice that the condo owner supplied some pump hand soap, 1 roll of paper towel, laundry detergent, toilet paper (1 roll each bathroom) and dishwasher detergent. Overall it was a very relaxing trip and we would definitely rent from this owner again in the future. The condo was very clean too! Lastly, there is shopping and a large number of resturant within walking distance, not to meantion a grocery store and pharmacy a short drive away. Thank you Mike for allowing us to rent your condo for our vacation.

Penthouse Life

My husband and I needed a beach break from our "real life" and this was the perfect place to kick back and unwind. We arrived right after Hurricane Hermine went through the area and had a few days of clouds and rain, but watching a lightening show from the top floor with the extra high ceiling on the balcony was amazing. The high ceiling was also perfect for watching the clouds float by. It was very difficult to pack up and head home after spending a week in this condo. The unit is exactly as the photos show - the living room furniture is comfy, the bed is great for snuggling in after a long day at the beach or shopping at Pier Park. The condo is within walking distance of Pier Park and all the great shopping, restaurants, and people watching. There is also a grocery store very close by. We had a few instances where we had questions or needed something addressed by the owners, and Mike was super about responding very quickly and getting things fixed. Fantastic to have someone who not only cares about his condo, but cares about his renters. I felt like I was a high priority.

Paradise!

Condo was furnished with comfortable, practical furniture. View from the balcony was great! We saw sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays, an 8 foot hammerhead shark, and what I assume was manta tees. Condo was clean, and had enough basics to get started (coffee, tea, sweetener, paper towels, and toilet tissue). Check in was a breeze, with Mr. Farrell being very accessible for my questions. Only problem I encountered was with the rental agreement I signed and returned. It stated that parking may incur a $5.00 charge for two passes. When we arrived, I was charged $40.00 for two passes. I brought it to the attention of the owner and concierge, neither of whom offered to correct the mistake, even though I showed it in the agreement. Not a big deal, I'm not going to let $35.00 impede my vacation. In fact, I contacted the owner in the middle of my stay, to extend my vacation. Again, Mr. Farrell was easily contacted, and very helpful with my request. Condo is within walking distance of pier park and many restaurants. It stated in the rental agreement that check out was 10:00am. While checking out on Labor Day, all luggage carts were locked at the concierge station, but concierge was not at the property. Overall, a great stay!

I grew up in the Midwest and have been vacationing in Panama City Beach for 25 years. My wife is from Quebec, and she too enjoys the natural beauty of the area. Each time we visit we truly relax and reconnect. Watching dolphins, stingrays, fish, and even a manatee from our balcony is always exciting! We both love this area so much that we married on the beach at nearby St. Andrews Park.
