Welcome to our beach home - unit #1208 Royale Palms!

Freshly painted in 2018, new living room furniture for 2019, new HVAC in 2020, new dishwasher and dryer in 2021. New stove/oven 2023.

We are 5 minutes from Tanger outlets and a short 15 minute drive to Broadway or Barefoot Landing.

Our floor plan provides fabulous ocean views from our spacious balcony which can be accessed directly from our living room AND the master suite! Our enormous balcony is 160 square feet, making perfect for morning coffee or a fun outdoor family brunch! You'll find that our condo is spacious with 1,825 heated square feet.

The Royale Palms high-rise is located at Kingston Shores; a sister property of Kingston Plantation...Myrtle Beach's Premier 145-acre, oceanfront resort! Royale Palms is Kingston's newest building which was built in 2007! The Royale Palms conjoins to the prestigious Hilton Hotel! While staying in our condo...our guests can access the gift shop in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel, Cafe' Amalfi, The Royale Day Spa (for an additional fee)...and the "owners' pool" at the Royale Palms. (*Please note that our guests do NOT have access to the on-site Splash! Waterpark, pools/pool decks at the Hilton Hotel...as these amenities are available ONLY to guests who rent directly through the on-site rental program/Hilton Worldwide. Thank you for your understanding!) Our guests can access Kingston Plantation's on-site Sport & Health Club for an additional fee. Fees begin as low as $10.00 per day, per person and are paid directly to the Sport & Health Club at the time of use.

Great spot

The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. I had to contact the owner/manager about the door code and she was extremely prompt in helping us out. We had an excellent stay.

Nicely furnished, had a great stay!

Loved the condo, it had everything we needed. It was a little dusty and the corners weren’t as clean as they should be, but would stay here again. The communication with the owner was easy and timely.

Christmas Vacation-Royal Palms

Our stay was amazing waking up to the beautiful sounds of the ocean! The condo was very clean and spacious with accommodations to sleep at least 8 adults. All of the amenities were at our fingertips and access to the beach was literally a few steps away! Looking forward to returning during off seasons! Great host and very pleasant!

Great Vacation in a Great Location in a Great Condo

For our beach vacations, we have been staying at the Royale Palms since it opened. This is the first time staying at this condo and Vikki Cook is very easy and efficient to work with. The condo has everything we need including beach toys and chairs. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all that we need. We recommend this condo to anyone ready to enjoy a great carefree beach stay!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time, loved the condo. We rented by owner last year also and happened to stay in 1208, so this is our second time in this condo. Very clean, great resort, would recommend this property to others. Looking forward to renting it again! Thank you very much.

Weekend Getaway

The Hotel was very nice! The entrance into the Royal Palms was very spacious and clean. The condo that we rented was also very clean and enough room for all four adults. The only problem that we encountered, was not enough paper towels and toilet tissue available. Overall, the stay was great! We would definitely recommend the Royal Palms!

Fabulous location

The property is ideally located for those who wish to get to the beach with little fuss. A short walk gets you on the beach and ready to enjoy your vacation. The condo was clean and can easily sleep 8. 3 bathrooms mean little time spent waiting to clean up after a day in the sun. The condo is conveniently located to both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle, so there is plenty to do to keep the whole family happy. The owner was very responsive to the few questions we had. We highly recommend this unit.

Nice place to call home for 5 days!

Vicki was easy to work with. The only issue we had were light bulbs not working in 2 of the bathrooms. We replaced what we could with the supply but it was weird how the cleaning people did not notice this. One bathroom was 1/2 dark. Also there was no dishwashing cube to run the dishwasher when we left. This was the first time this has happened. But the view and the beds were very nice.

Great Thanksgiving trip

Condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Layout was great and gave everyone privacy. The view was good and parking had easy access.

October at the Beach

Great location and very helpful and available host. Following a hurricane, there was little damage to the outside property areas and are they were in good repair. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would rent again.

Comfortable and convenient

This property was a great choice for a week's stay in MB. We love the area, being convenient to all attractions, great restaurants and the best beach! We loved the large balcony and views. Having stayed at Royale Palms before, we would certainly consider this unit for future visits!

Great rental!

Such a great family friendly rental. Everything we could have needed, was there! From a pack and play, kitchen items, to beach toys. Will definitely be planning another visit.

Great vacation spot!

We stay at Kingston every year and royal palms tower is our absolute fav. This rental was perfect for our family and owners were great with communication. Highly recommend!

Awesome Birthday Weekend!

We had a great time this weekend, and couldn't ask for more in a property. Everything was as publicized and communication with Vicki was spot on. Our biggest concern was cleanliness, since a few of our group members are super neat freaks - but so glad that the property was clean and everyone had a wonderful weekend celebrating a friend's birthday.
