Kauai, the Garden Isle, is the most tropical of all of the Hawaiian Islands. Stay in a fabulous one bedroom unit in a luxury condominium at Poipu Beach. On the sunny South Shore of Kauai guests will enjoy lush vegetation and flowers and the least amount of rainfall on any part of the Garden Isle.
Mike Galvin oceanfront condo is only 50 feet from the ocean's edge, which allows for easy and quick access to the ocean. There are white sand beaches on both sides of the condo and Sunset Magazine states that this location is 'the best snorkeling site on the south shore.' For those looking to surf or boogie board, this experience is an unforgettable one.
The unit includes a lovely and spacious lanai that is great for sunbathing and viewing the spectacular sunsets. The large living room has new wall to wall carpeting, charming rattan furniture. This unit will accommodate four persons comfortably and is equipped with 27' cable TV.
Wireless high speed internet connection available.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large closet, and a ceiling fan. The fully appointed kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and disposal, a microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all of the utensils that would be found at home. Absolutely a wonderful spot to stay! The view from the condo is one of a kind! Surfing right out front made for no need to travel to other spots (Summer time south swells for good surf) know your lane though, this is not a beginner spot in the summer! Windows open and fans spinning throughout the condo made for no need for A/C, never turned on once. The condo was loaded with all the essentials for living, even a little screw driver for my watch. The interior design is spot on! Great kitchen, bathroom and living area! Great location for south shore travel! Wish I owned this condo! Not all can be perfect, upgraded pans for cooking would be nice and bed could use a mattress topper to soften or new mattress, but was still sleep-able (I prefer a softer bed, if you prefer stiffer you're fine). Very thankful to have had the pleasure to stay here! Can't wait to come back one day! Thank you Mike & Sue and Pat for the communication and accommodating our needs!!! So thankful!!!

Loved our stay at Kuhio Shores. Location was fantastic - close to so many great restaurants and beaches. Unit was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved our lanai and ocean view. Pat was so helpful, friendly, and responsive. It was a great experience and I would return here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely, clean condo. You can see the turtles and whales from the balcony . There are a couple of binoculars which was a nice touch. Condo is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and Poipu beach . Lawai beach is next door and is supposed to be some good snorkeling. We did not snorkel. On the downside (which didn’t bother us too much ) is the beach house restaurant is right next door there were wedding receptions and music was pretty loud but ended at around 10pm. It was a nice stay and we would stay again , you can’t beat the view. This condo is as close as you will probably get to the water .

The condo was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and Mike communicated everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. Being right on the ocean was the best. Unbelievable view and ocean sounds. It made it hard to go beck home.

The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to watch surfers everyday off the lanai. The owners were wonderful to deal with! We definitely recommend staying here. We will be back!

Beautiful views
Every day we sit on the patio and watch the turtles and the well swing by. Ocean views was amazing. What a great place to stay.

Great Location and view
We loved the location and the view was amazing. Close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. I'd stay here again. Hosts were very responsive and answered questions quickly.

Kauai i trip
This is a nice comfortable condo in a good location. My husband and I particularly enjoyed eating in the lanai watching the ocean. Will definitely consider renting this condo again.
