Fun, bright tropical colors were cleverly used in the decorating of this beautiful beachfront condominium, creating an instant happy vacation environment. The spacious balcony, which is accessible from both the living area and master bedroom suite, has views of the tropical garden setting of the swimming pools and the sparkling waters and white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Crisp white cabinetry, granite countertops, and a full range of appliances in the kitchen make family meal preparation a pleasure. The master bath has both a Jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. There are televisions and DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms. Also enjoy your favorite music on the CD Stereo system in the living area. Crescent 204 is sure to have everything you need to vacation in style!

Wow what a dream!

This condo is the perfect in every way! Steps from the ocean and pool! Close to everything! The view is breathtaking the pictures just don’t do it justice! We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Family Vacation

There is no better place than The Crescent in Miramar Beach. Private beach access and our unit came with beach chairs/umbrella, large kid friendly swimming pool. The entire property was perfect for our family.

This is an amazing property. The view is spectacular. The condition and cleanliness is top notch. Only about a minute walk to the sand. Just amazing.

Loved it!

The condo is well appointed - more spacious than other condos we've stayed at and had extras that were much appreciated - well stocked kitchen (including some supplies), pantries and closets, ceiling fans, nice/extra outdoor furniture. Also love the beach service was included. Condo location is great - close to pool, close to ocean and conveniently located to shops and restaurants.....were able to walk or bike to everything all week! Don't hesitate to book this one!

Great condo, great view

We always stay at The Cresent but this condo was great! The location and view were perfect. Our older girls could run up and grab stuff from the condo when needed. We love that it includes 2 beach chairs/umbrella! This owner had a welcome basket and other toiletries that not all condos offer (very thoughtful)! We will stay here again!

Wonderful

We had a great time at the Crescent! Everything is near by! Shopping, restaurants walking distance. Beach is steps away from the property. Condo is very clean. My family enjoyed very much. We will be back for sure. The Pehlivanović’s!!!

Stellar property. Have rented different units many times. Never disappointed. First time in a 2 bedroom, and it was perfection. Enjoyed everything.

2nd stay at this unit

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this unit and probably won’t be our last! The unit provides you everything a family needs and even has starters for you such as toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee. I knocked a star off for cleanliness because when we stripped the beds before we left, we noticed some really gross stains on the mattress pad, but we didn’t notice anything before the . Love the Crescent!

Great time. Don't like beach chair arrangement

I gave a 2 for property manager comm because when I called the number of the guy never answered. the front desk was great though. WHen we have stayed in the past the beach chairs were set for the length of our stay this time it was first come first serve. We had 5 rooms and wanted to be together. That meant someone had to come down at 6-6:30 every morning so we could get our chairs together. ALso 3 bedroom condo use to get 2 sets.

Perfect place

We totally enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive and we were able to resolve minor issues.Unit is fully equipped and beautiful.Can’t wait to go back!

Destin Stay

We’ve stayed in this unit before and it does not disappoint. Close to everything you need nearby. Meticulous pool and the beach right out your door. We have been coming to this property for many years. Always a memorable week when we come down in the summer.
