We’re very sorry, however, that noise from the upper unit disrupted your first night so significantly. We understand how frustrating it is to be unable to sleep after a full day of travel and activities, especially when loud voices, music, and heavy footsteps continue late into the night. We also apologize that your messages did not receive the level of response you expected. If 24/7 availability is communicated, guests should feel supported when an issue arises, particularly during nighttime hours. We appreciate you bringing both the noise concern and communication issue to our attention. There are multiple routers in the unit to disperse the signal, but we cannot guarantee how strong the signal is coming in. That would be an issue with the provider, which would be out of our control.
