Suite 107 is a ground floor, completely remodeled suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. Beautiful spot to watch the sunset. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom. Suite 107 has a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops all ready for preparing meals. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, a gas-log fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a patio that has direct access to our private beach, and downtown is just a few steps away.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Nice condo and location - lessons learned on reservations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo, great location, beautiful view with easy access to sandy beach and short stroll to downtown. We were grateful for A/C and a king sized bed. If we could change anything, we’d prefer a quiet A/C wall unit and a more comfortable mattress. The front office staff were helpful upon arrival and Glitches with reserving it - we couldn’t call Boyne City rental location directly, nor reach staff at main number when trying to reserve 2 nights for a same day arrival. We learned you must book on-line at least 1 day ahead of arrival, plus send an email (not voice messages) for a response the next day. It worked out for one night and we enjoyed the short stay. Next time we’ll book earlier and avoid Thursday departure when landscape crew is active on lawn and beach for most of the morning.

Great Location

My husband and I only stayed for one night while we visited family, but really enjoyed our short trip. Great location and were able to walk to town and restaurants from the condo. Drank wine on the patio and watched the sun set. We would definitely rent again!

Jump in the lake

We were so hot and tired from traveling we were so happy this ground level condo allowed us to just put our suits on and run out from the patio and jump in the lake.
