This property was Great, we had a blast, the pool was great 3’ to 6 feet deep. Corner lot was amazing. Garage was clean, doors were easy to use. Kitchen was stocked, beach towels, beach chairs. We will come back for sure.

We stayed at this property for a little over a month. The house was wonderful with a breathtaking view of the water . The pool was very large and enjoyable. The rooms were quite spacious and the house was tastefully decorated. The recliner leather seating in the great room was comfortable for watching on the large TV screen. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals, spices were available & all paper products were supplied. All the rooms were very clean. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. Owner very responsive when needed. Excellent place to vacation!

Wonderful stay!

Great house, pool, and dock area. Very quiet and peaceful. Grandkids loved the pool, fishing, and pool table.

Beautiful house and grounds! We love vacationing in the Cape Coral area. Owners were very nice and quick to respond. The pool is amazing and the entire place is very clean. Thanks again we will be back

We had a wonderful week long stay, just me and my husband. The house and location were spectacular. My husband caught lots of fish, we enjoyed the canoe and the private pool!

This property is as advertised. Clean with great views and location. Close to area restaurants and attractions. The moment you step into the home it exudes pride in ownership.

Quick Week

House and host were all top notch. Property is in a great neighborhood nestled at the end of the road. View from the pool of the canals was great. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

Fishing trip

We didn’t get as much time in the home as we would have liked because we were fishing but beautiful pool and linai area. Great for outdoor living.

Paying extra for the electric usage was a new one for us, otherwise a smooth transaction with the host nowhere to be found, almost no communication unless they neede something.

A superb holiday rental and owners who are such nice people

We stayed in June to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We Both just wanted to spend time together and enjoy Cape Coral’s way of life in a top notch home with some nice weather, and that’s exactly what we did . Evan and Mary Ellen left clear instructions, advice and contact numbers if needed. Cannot recommend enough and look forward to returning

Lovely home and great location

The owners provided a thorough description of the property on the listing. The home is very well maintained from housekeeping to lawn care. There is a canoe which we used. The sunsets are beautiful. The salt water pool was a perfect temperature and so was the house. The pool table and foosball table was fun. Can’t say enough good things about the property.

Fabulous holiday location

Wonderful house in a beautiful and peaceful location. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Good location for visiting Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands which have all have great beaches and some good places for shopping including the outlet mall on the way to the Islands. A trip to Naples is well worth it, again a lovely beach location with good facilities by the pier. Locally we liked to eat at the Boat House in Cape Coral, Mel’s Diner (don’t over order here!) and the Olive Garden restaurant. We would definitely return to stay here again.

Thank you for detailing the key points of interest. You did not mention Matlacha about twenty minutes north of our vacation home. It is billed as a "charming old fishing village", although that description may be a little out of date, it is still another point of interest close by with lots of casual waterfront restaurants and reasonable prices. Parking can be a challenge though so best to head out early.

Relaxing Retreat

Incredible views in a serene, quiet location. This is a great spot to recharge and enjoy some down time. Bikes are provided and bike lanes are everywhere. The sidewalks take you right to the grocery stores and conveniences up the road. Golf is also nearby. Ft. Myers River District is a short drive away, as are Captive and Sanibel. The home itself has everything you need and is well appointed and a clean as can be. We would certainly recommend this vacation home even to the pickiest of travelers.
