Enjoy a quiet retreat in the heart of the Tri-Cities. Peaceful and secluded feeling, but close to shopping and activities. With a well stocked kitchen, countertops for miles, washer/dry, fast internet, and private parking, this property is ideal for longer term guests as well as shorter getaways.
About the space:
You'll have the entire 900 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bath unit to yourself which includes private parking on the upper driveway, the covered patio and upper deck. Although this is an "upper" unit, it's built into the ridge, and there are minimal stairs. Just two of them actually, so while it's not handicapped accessible, it's a great choice for those looking for less stairs to navigate.
About the bedrooms:
We've set this space up to accommodate up to 6 people, and longer stays are welcomed. In bedroom #2, there is a queen size bed, and it bedroom #1, there are two twins with trundles. Each mattress on the twin bed is at least 10" thick and these beds are built to accommodate adults.
Other things to note:
This unit has a full bathroom (full size bathtub) with a washer and dryer.
High speed internet, Roku smart TV
This property is in an ideal location to get around to the Johnson City area, but also centrally located in the Tri-Cities area as well. It is located 20 minutes to Bristol Motor Speedway, 13 minutes to Gray, 5 min to I26, 20 min to Buffalo Mountain, and of course a short drive to downtown Johnson City.

My daughter and I stayed here in July 2026 for a softball tournament. We enjoyed our stay very much and everything was great. Good location with most shopping/restaurants/entertainment being 10 minutes away or less.Really appreciated the little welcoming touches and Molly was a lovely host. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area in the future.

Molly was such a wonderful host, during our stay at her Sweet Seclusion on Copper Ridge property in Johnson City. She was truly on top of all aspects of our visit, and we sincerely appreciate your great communication and quick responses in the chat.The house was incredibly cozy and located in a fantastic area. Even though it is right in Johnson City, the property makes you feel like you are tucked away in the deep hills of Tennessee. Her attention to detail in every room and all of the excellent amenities you provided did not go unnoticed.Thank you again for a memorable stay and for being such a thoughtful host.

Great Place to Stay
The location was midway between all points I needed to be in Johnson City and Gray. Molly does a wonderful job of making the house a home. I’m very glad I found this gem.

My dad and I traveled to TN for the National Storytelling Festival. This house was perfect for our stay. The decorations are welcoming and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Molly left us fresh eggs and snacks. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are many little “extra touches” that made us feel at home. I would absolutely stay again!

Graduation Celebrations
We found this property to be very clean and well stocked with items you need when away from home. It was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed lazy afternoons in the cool of the carport. Molly was a delight to work with and the farm fresh eggs were a special treat. We will definitely be renting this property again.

This was the most amazing place to stay in the Johnson City area! Tucked into the trees, it was peaceful and accommodating, exactly what we needed while visiting for my daughter and son in law's wedding! From the birds chirping in the trees each morning, to the sweet picture of a donkey greeting me as I brushed my teeth, this was the perfect place to stay! Molly was a most gracious host! She was so kind to teach me how to VRBO, as well as making sure we had everything we needed during our stay, I felt truly pampered! Thank you for a beautiful stay! I will recommend this location for my friends and family as we incorporate more trips to TN!

Wonderful stay
This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood that is just as described and just like the pictures show. I really enjoyed the kitchen and having a washer and dryer. You can easily walk around the neighborhood and everything I needed was very close. I had no issues at all and Molly got back to me very quickly with answers to any questions I had.

Perfect!
We loved our stay in this perfect oasis! The cozy lodging was immaculate and spacious and had everything we needed and more. The host was so easy to communicate with and provided the warmest welcome note alongside farm-fresh eggs...what a special treat! The location was in close proximity to our family as well as being near all that the Johnson City area has to offer, yet it was extremely peaceful and private. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises when visiting family in the future. Best time!

Excellent! Inviting from the minute we walked in. Kitchen so very well stocked with everything we could possibly need and a island bar for morning coffee and meals.Comfortable furniture and great mattress. We were greeted with fresh eggs from Molly. There is a wonderful deck and patio, however it was too chilly for us to use it.Molly gave us, when I asked, a list of attractions to visit, she is very nice and easy to help us. Will certainly come again the next time we are in the area.

The room was just as nice in person as portrayed online. A private and peaceful location. Very clean and comfortable. The large open kitchen/sitting room was perfect for our needs. The room has plenty of brochures/QR codes of things to see and do in the area.The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Johnson City. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host, Molly, is amazing! She thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We even joked as we realized we forgot something, “don’t worry Molly already thought of that!” The house is pet-friendly, but is so clean you cannot tell. Thanks Molly! We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Johnson City!

This is a fabulous property situated close to everything the Tri-Cities has to offer, but because of it's location and positioning off the street, it feels incredibly private and secluded. This property has a comfortable, open floor plan, large kitchen and plenty of counter space for cooking, especially for it's 900sqft size.
