PERFECT PLACE FOR CHILDREN! You Will Be Able To Work Directly With Owner. We Want To Make Staying In Our Home The Best Possible Experience From Start To Finish.
This beautiful, relaxing, ALL ONE LEVEL town home is one of the newer Coral Ridge properties. The CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND and picnic tables are adjacent to this town home! You will be able to walk to the TWO LARGE POOLS, (just one Pool is heated Nov-Jan) 2 HOT TUBS, Clubhouse, fitness center, ping pong table, showers, and lounge.

We have nice seating and tables on the backyard courtyard and a WEBER bbq for your cooking enjoyment!
Our home is professionally furnished and everything is clean and fresh. Each bed has total comfort in mind from the mattress to the down comforters. Each room has been tastefully decorated and staged for your maximum comfort.
Some of the amenities of the house are: 3 SMART televisions with RoKu and many apps, DVD players, high speed internet, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, washer and dryer, master bedroom with a king bed walk in closet, master bath with soaker tub and shower, bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom 3 with two bunk beds full on bottom, twin on top that is designed for youth. (sleeps 6) All have luxury bedding. Two car garage, desk/office space. Games galore, and books and puzzles.

If you enjoy golfing, we are right next door to Coral Canyon Golf Course. Access to golf paths are just up the street.

There is also a stocked fishing pond just adjacent to the Coral Ridge Community where you can enjoy fishing right out your door.

It was a perfect spot for us. We planned to spend a few days in St. George and a couple of days at Zion and Bryce Canyon. Great location! The house was very clean and inviting.

This home was perfect. The interior was clean and well maintained with all of the necessities provided. There is playground right outside the front door. We loved being so close to the freeway and parks.

Check-in was easy and the place was so spacious and clean. Had the most comfy master bedroom bed I've ever slept in. The water stayed nice and warm through all our showers, and we loved the fireplace that warmed us in the mornings. My kids loved the board games. The host was patient and communicative in our interactions. Our stay was awesome and we definitely recommend this rental!

Generally, an OK place to stay. The air-conditioning thermostat is in one side of the house and the cool air did not reach the other side of the house as well as it should have. So the bunkbed bedroom got really hot at night. Saying that there is a gym here is misleading, there is no gym at the community center- just a small room with a treadmill and a bike machine.

Excellent place

Great place! We have stayed there 3 times now since it’s the perfect place to have as a home base in between all the adventures. Kids love the pool, house equipped with good quality things you need when not at home.

Beautiful place

My family loved staying in this VRBO. It had all of the amenities we needed, good location, clean, fun swimming pools, close to Zion's National Park, quiet neighborhood.

Great location close to Freeway access and St. George. Very clean and accommodating. Would stay there again.

Great facility, great location for what we needed. Great communication with the owner and no problems with check-in, check out or anything else. Will definitely look at coming back next time you coming to the area.

Gary and I grew up in Southern California and now live in Utah. We have a large family (10 children and 33 grands) and we love to travel and especially LOVE southern Utah. We love 4 wheeling and razor riding in the southern Utah mountains and hiking and biking. Love Zions, Snow Canyon, the beautiful scenery, along with Sand hollow and all the lakes in the area.

We chose to buy this home away from home because we are in love with the Southern Utah beauty and the warm climate. We spent many vacation hours in the St George area making wonderful memories with family and friends. We love the hiking and swimming and the scenery that surrounds us here. We stayed in the Coral Ridge community a few years ago, and after that, we knew we wanted a place of our own and to share.
