Completely furnished, 2 bedroom apartment with modern amenities on Lake James, NC, in the gated community of the Arbor. Weekly or Monthly rentals available. Has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and Lake James. Very private, very quiet. Lots of wildlife. (Turkeys, Deer, Birds, etc.)

Great stay

We had a great stay at Loretta’s house. House was quiet, extremely clean, and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and Loretta was a lovely host.

Awesome Experience!

Beautiful gated community. Views of Lake James from the apartment. The host was very on top of communications and very helpful. The place is clean, roomy, and well-stocked. My family really enjoyed their stay! Great value for the money and I would definitely rent again if the opportunity arises. 10/10.

Loretta’s finish basement apartment was perfect for our needs. Better than advertised. We were house hunting and the location was great.

Wonderful quiet and beautiful view

The apartment was clean and the owner was very helpful as well as friendly and courteous. We awe had a wonderful time on Lake James.

Beautiful Lake James nc

The apartment was spotless huge and beautiful! Easy to access and the view was spectacular! We highly recommend this place and will stay here again in the future. Loretta and her husband respect your privacy answer all your questions and are really nice folks and we enjoyed chatting with them. The whole neighborhood is quiet and has nice short trails to walk on. Also the dock was a bonus so we could jump in the lake for a refreshing swim. We hated to leave

Just what we needed

The view of the lake was better than the pictures. The condo is very spacious and well-decorated. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back. If you are wanting a quiet place to relax and enjoy the back patio this is the place. S. Stephens

Beautiful views, quiet and relaxing.

Very nice area. The apartment is very nice and very well maintained. The owner provides everything you need to include dining and exploring guides. We would definitely return.

The property was very clean and neat, a perfect getaway!!!

The property was extremely neat and it was the perfect getaway... The Baileys were execellent host, giving us the privacy and providing anything needed to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend a friend to this property and will be more then glad to return back...

We love the easy access to the boat ramp at Black Bear and the covered boat dock was great for those scattered showers.

Fantastic!

This property was perfect for a nice, relaxing weekend by the water. Beautiful views and plenty of fish to be caught if you're looking to go. Loretta was very hospitable. Could have easily stayed longer if we'd had the time.
