Amelia South F6 - Ocean Front! | 2 Bed, 2 Bath

Located on beautiful Main Beach and in the Amelia South Complex, F-6 is the perfect place to be for a relaxing getaway. With a sixth-floor view of the beach from your own private balcony, there is no better space to watch Amelia Island's famous sunrises. Upon entering the unit, you will notice the bright, comfortable common area and the fully equipped kitchen. This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the first boasting a king size bed, from which you can look out at a stunning view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, allowing for a total of six guests.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach/pool towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

This property does NOT supply beach chairs or umbrellas.

We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.

There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

Some furniture may change in quantity or availability from photos due to season or weathering.

Vacy Relaxing

Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms. don't use the ice maker the ice taste very chlorine, The curtains at the balcony are messed up and not working well. The view was very nice and relaxing, us three ladies enjoyed our stay very much.

Girls Trip Getaway!

Loved our stay

We had a lovely time staying at this property. Very spacious and everything was convenient. Loved all the little details available to us like chairs and towels and sand toys.

Fun, beautiful area! This condo is a bit dated, especially the furniture, but we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was Okay. But I will say that the furniture needs to be updated the wicker sofa was so uncomfortable and the recliners really don’t recline properly. The king size bed needs to be replaced as well. A lot of big dips in the mattress where it’s been worn down. But a great response on the plumbing issue the shower had and it was resolved. And another thing as you would walk in the door there was a sour/ moldy smell. Not sure where it was coming from.

The property was great and the management responded to my issues. The one thing that was disturbing was the construction in a condo near us on New Years Day from 815am until noon.

Very nice and clean condo. The parking was a little lacking, but management was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again. The view was amazing.

Great beach, the condo was ok but the furniture is definitely dated. No alarm clock, paper thin bed sheet. Parking permit was missing but after a call it was delivered to us.

Amelia Beach Visit

Overall- the location is great. We love staying on the beach and quick accessibility to pool and beach is top priority. This was our first stay at this condo and overall it was clean with great beach views. The only feedback to share is the carpet should go and the furniture and rugs were dated. I would also recommend they put in door hooks for additional places to hang towels and bathing suits. For the price and location, we would definitely return. The rental company stayed in contact and we appreciated their willingness to make our stay enjoyable. We would recommend.

Oceanfront fun

Our parking spot was awfully far away, Dishwasher rack had issues, microwave had issues, both shower and tub need grab bars. Otherwise all was fine.

Great short stay.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.

Great Vacation

Loved the unit and the beautiful view. Only down issue was our elevator was still down since May so we had to share one but it worked out ok, just had to be patient. Would definitely come back. Pool was perfect, beach awesome, beds comfortable, unit spotless and plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Communication with host was right on.

Property was well maintained overall. The unit had new wifi that didn't work for the whole week. We had to sort out our own options with no real help from property manager. The electrical needs to be updated so that more outlets are available. We enjoyed our time overall at this location. Great pizza shop available on property with great beach.

Amelia South Condo

Location was great as well as the view from the balcony. Condo was in need of a overall “shake down”. Garbage disposal was locked-up/ froze and dishwasher did not work (no power). Some of the carpet runners had corners that had curled up and represented a trip hazard. Screen doors to balcony were operable, but required some finesse to open and close due to the rust intensive environment. Otherwise, it was pretty comfortable and will be a great property if upgraded/updated.
