Newly remodeled Waterfront apartment w/ kitchenette, tiled walk-in shower, large comfy sofa & 48" HDTV, Queen bed + twin bed in cozy alcove. Free WiFi. Stroll the sandy beach & see Orcas, Seals, Otter, & Eagles catching salmon, all right outside your door! Enjoy nightly beach fires and amazing sunsets. 15min to Seattle, only 12min to airport, but because we are on a point of land that sticks way out into the Puget Sound- which is part of the Pacific Ocean- we have no airplane noise! A little piece of Heaven in a convenient location.

A wonderful quite place

We had a wonderful time with direct access to a private beach. The host was great with lots of information about places to go and restaurants near by.

Cute & Cozy Place

Right on the water, close to the Three Tree Point Store, and very comfortable, this is a great place to stay. The hosts are very friendly, and the accommodations are very private.

Wonderful place to land!

I am fairly certain that this cozy guest house, boasting a fantastic view of the sound is one of the most peaceful in the Seattle Area. Sweet Location. Everything you need.

Seattle vacation

Perfect Getaway

This place was perfect. We loved being on the beach. It’s small, but plenty of room for two. The little store was walking distance from us, and they had excellent coffee. Loved everything about it!

Peaceful spot on the Sound.

Pretty simple. Wonderful spot and hosts on Puget Sound,Was looking for a relaxing week and that was exactly what we got. Unit was small but comfortable to return to after exploring and Linda and Rikel are ideal hosts.

Right on beach. Alot of steps down to property. Needs a dresser for clothes. Just right for 1 or 2 people. Host was friendly.

Beautiful spot

Everything as expected except that one should be aware that there are many steps down to the apartment. It is well lighted, but somewhat difficult when carrying suitcases and other bags.

Lovely beach stay, well appointed, beautiful sunsets!

We are from the area and booked this for fun way to spend the holiday week. The cottage is small, but set up extremely well and has everything you need and then some. Our 11 year old loved the sleeping nook! The beach is lovely, walking trails are fun, little store is quaint, and super close. Hosts are very kind and welcoming, easily accessible and helpful with local knowledge. Really fun spot for the Fourth of July, so many fireworks. Hosts family shared the beach a couple of days, given the holiday. We want to come back when the orcas are coming through!

Relaxing spot after our busy days

Such a fun place to come back to every evening! We enjoyed our takeout dinners on the patio, overlooking Puget Sound. The beds were comfy with lovely linens. The bathroom was well appointed. We walked the Indian Trail above the property every morning, a real bonus! Another bonus is the darling store for coffee & snacks nearby, open 9 - 6.

Peaceful retreat

We had a nice week for our anniversary trip. The place was just what we needed. Beautiful sunsets and the hosts are nice folks. We loved the store next door for a light dinner, wine and snacks. We packed a lot of activities in every day. So much to do in the area!

Coastal beauty

Great location for enjoying the puget sound. Parking can be an issue. Make sure you pick a smaller rental car. Beautiful views and direct access to beach.

Serene beach getaway

Quiet, with a direct view of beach sunset from the front doors. Comfortable outside temperature, compared to a few miles inland. A great value.

Peaceful Getaway

I loved staying here! The beach it right outside your door. The hosts are very sweet. They have a kayak you can borrow as well as life jackets to wear while you use it. It is less than 200ft from a cute little corner store where you can get beer, wine, and other yummy treats. I have no complaints and would recommend everyone stay here.

Relaxing With a Beautiful View

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy beach apartment. The views of the Puget Sound are beautiful and listening to the waves was incredibly relaxing. Close to everything but still surrounded by greenery and water. Linda was an excellent host.

“Cool” Apartment

My family enjoyed our stay at Three Tree Point! Besides being clean and quiet, the apartment delivered everything we needed to enjoy our adventures in the PNW. Great location with easy access to everything. We were in town during the June heatwave, but the Puget Sound delivered cool temps each morning and night. Hosts Linda and Rikel are both kind and available. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and relaxing location on the ocean.

The hosts were great and the history of the neighborhood made for a unique experience and the location was perfect for day trips to Seattle and other various attractions. Recommended!

Wonderful waterfront cozy

Linda and her husband were excellent hosts to their beautiful cozy downstairs water view apartment . Care and love were obviously used in decorating and upkeep. They were caring respectful and helpful. The water mountain sunsets were spectacular and world class. I highly recommend this space and the hosts. Carol

Serenity on the Water

This place was perfect and fit all of our needs. We wanted to be close to the city but removed from city life and immersed in nature. This was the perfect place for that. The water. The mountains. The views. All incredible. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. It was our little hideaway and have us the respite we need. They even had S’mores kit so we court enjoy them with our fire on the beach.

3 Tree Point, Burien

Cozy apartment overlooking the Puget Sound, with beautiful views of Vashon Island and the Olympic Mts. Very peaceful & rejuvenating weekend. Enjoyed wallking the historical Indian Trail nearby and on the beach during low tide. Marvelled at the engineering of how the homes in the area were built on the steep hillsides. 3 Tree Point is a hidden gem!

I am a creative writer who has lived in Seattle for more than 38 years. Besides writing, I love music and sang with the Seattle Symphony Chorale for 15 years. I also love to cook and bake, and often have dinner parties. I formed a book club over 25 years ago that is still going strong. My husband and I are both from the Midwest. I grew up on a farm with 8 siblings. My husband's Dad was a University Professor of Veterinary Medicine, so he grew up in a Midwest college town. He also chose education for his career, but in the corporate venue. My husband and I lived in Europe for several years and love to travel, but our favorite place is right here on our beach in Seattle. We enjoy hosting our friends and family, and look forwards to sharing our little bit of Heaven with you!

This waterfront rental is on a SANDY beach, & you have free private parking on our property- both of which are unusual for the Seattle area. (Smaller or mid-size cars fit best) Wildlife, such as whales, sealions, otter and dolphin, feed right in front of our home. Eagles live in the tree beside our home, and we watch them swoop down and catch salmon right in front of us. Our beach is fairly flat and at low tide, we're able to put up a volley ball net on the beach. Because of where our home is located on the Point, we are one of only a few homes where the high tide does not reach the bulkhead. Because of this, we always have plenty of driftwood for sitting on, for beach fires, and art projects. We are located only 12 minutes from Seatac Airport, yet because the Point sticks way out into Puget Sound, we have no airplane noise. We are also only about 15 minutes from Seattle with easy access to most highway entrances only about a mile up the road. Being on the west side of the Point, we have amazing sunsets.This is a safe, family-friendly community. We're close to everything, yet once through our gate, you'll feel a world away.
