Perched on a bluff above the beautiful Pacific Ocean, Cliffs 5-301 is on the third floor (no elevator) with King bed in the Master bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the loft. You can enjoy wonderful views of the ocean and mountains as well as the lush foliage for which the north shore is famous. Enjoy these spectacular vistas through the 18 foot floor-to-ceiling windows of this spacious corner unit or step out onto either lanai for a closer look.

One lanai is off the master bedroom and is a great spot to curl up with a good book while the second, off the living room, is a perfect place to relax, as well as dine, with ocean views in the distance. In the evenings, you will want to experience Kauai's colorful sunsets here and, undoubtedly, reflect on another glorious day in paradise.

Decorated with attention to detail and tastefully furnished, this condo includes thoughtful amenities such as an extra TV in the loft and the master bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The vaulted ceiling adds a spacious feel and island-style furnishings nicely compliment the tropical scenery. Cliffs 5-301 is perfectly positioned to capture tropical breezes which enhance the already comfortable ambiance.

Some of the most pristine beaches in the world are located within minutes of the condo, including Hideaways Beach, Hanalei Bay, Tunnels and Anini and, in the winter, the surf on the north shore is spectacular. For the golfer, Princeville offers the 27 hole Makai course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr, with some of the most spectacular mountain and ocean settings in the world.
