Aloha Cindy, and mahalo nui loa for your review! Weʻre glad you enjoyed your stay despite the rain. It was a particularly wet season this year, but there is usually a sunny spot to find on the island. Let us know when youʻre ready to return and weʻll discount your rent by 10% as a repeat guest!

Aloha Stephanie, and mahalo nui loa for your review! We're glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. We have notified the Cliffs staff to send pest control over. We hope you'll return to our beautiful island!

Mahalo for your review, Kristi! We're glad you enjoyed the home, with its great views from both the front and back. We're sorry if the floors weren't sufficiently clean, and we'll discuss that with the housekeeper to ensure a better job is done going forward. We hope you'll stay with us again!

Aloha Michael, and mahalo for your review. This home has some of the best air flow of any home in Princeville, as it has a cathedral ceiling and full cross ventilation for the ocean breezes, with many windows and screen doors, so we are surprised that you felt you needed air conditioning, especially considering the mild weather when you stayed (high of 82°F). The home has ceiling fans throughout. We provide two floor fans as backup, but you didn't tell us that any were not functioning. We suspect you may have plugged one into a switched outlet. We are unaware of any ripped screens, but now that you've let us know in your review we'll check them out and repair any that need it. Guests after you have not reported any problem with the kitchen screen. Unfortunately you hadn't contacted us about any of your issues, otherwise we could have addressed them while you were here. We're glad you enjoyed the home otherwise!

Aloha Martin, and mahalo nui loa for your review! It sounds like you had a great time! We're very happy that you enjoyed staying at our home, and that you filled your time with so many activities. We'd love to have you visit again, and we hope you'll take advantage of our 10% discount for repeat guests.

Mahalo nui loa for your comments, Edith! We're glad you enjoyed our home, and we hope you'll visit our beautiful island again.

Mahalo Jennifer for your review! We are so happy to hear you and your family had a great time while on Kaua'i! Please reach out to us when you are ready to return, for your repeat guest discount! Warmest Aloha, Oceanfront Realty

Mahalo nui loa, Fred!

Aloha Tara, and mahalo for your review. We're glad you enjoyed the amenities and beautiful views at our home. This home was completely renovated three years ago in 2016. We sent a maintenance worker to check the blinds, but found the only one not functioning is in the top window of the vaulted ceiling, which shouldn't be closed anyway. Please note that fans are the standard method for keeping comfortable in Kauaʻi homes. A quick search will show our prices are competitive for similar properties: two-bedroom upper floor, corner unit with oceanfront views at the Cliffs.

Aloha Tanya, and mahalo nui loa for your review! We're very glad you had such an enjoyable stay at our home, and that you appreciated its amenities, views, and convenient location to the north shore's activities and sights. We hope you'll be back next year to see the whales return. We offer a 10% discount to repeat guests, and we'd love another opportunity to share our aloha!
