The unit is comfortable and tastefully decorated for peaceful evenings at home. Yet it's within an easy walking distance to nearby shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Lani Kai is centrally located on the island so you can plan your days with shopping or sightseeing adventures. Whether you journey to Ke'e Beach on the north shore or Polihale Beach on Kauai's west side, you'll appreciate being in the center of it all.

Activities nearby: Swimming, sandy beaches, hiking, boating, golf. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. Helicopter rides, luaus and a leisure drive to many adventures on the north and south shores.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience being back in 112 at Lani Kai was great. The accommodation is acceptable although we do wish that the interior could be upgraded to a higher standard. The location of Lani Kai and the grounds are superb. We enjoyed meeting old friends staying at Lani Kai around the great pool, and experiencing the super sights and wonderful restaurants. One item we wish could be addressed is the operation of the television. It was not user friendly and there was no access to our subscribed streaming services.

The condo grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the location was perfect. Condo was very stocked and met all our needs.However, I had read reviews stating the property was a bit outdated, and I saw the kitchen pictures, but I believe the condo was well passed outdated, it was very old, the kind of old that begins to look shabby and although clean, looks dirty. i.e. mold in showers, that kind of old. I probably wouldn't stay in this unit again, unless it has been updated.I really did like everything else about the property, except the 1980's interior.

Beach Front Paradise!

The convenience of being on the ground floor with a back porch overlooking the pool and the breathtaking ocean view was truly delightful. The beach and cove area nearby provided a perfect oasis to relax and float in the refreshing waters, and there was even a separate, safer section reserved for the little ones to enjoy.The location couldn't have been better - just a few steps away from the sandy beach, and a short, pleasant stroll to the marketplace area with restaurants, shops, and the Island Country Market, which catered to all our needs. On one evening, we indulged in a fantastic sushi experience at Kintaro, located just across the street. Additionally, the spot served as an excellent base for our explorations of both the Northside and Southside of the island.We're already eagerly looking forward to our next visit. Lani Kai 112 and its surroundings left an indelible impression on us, and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful setting, like a movie set

The large condo came with every single thing one could need including fully equipped kitchen. We loved the ocean views from the unit and walking out on the patio onto the luxurious lawn. Very quiet place except for the Kauai roosters which are all over the island! They just added to the charm and great memories.

The unit is clean and although very dated, it is well maintained. Could use some upgrades...especially master bathroom. Loved that there is a local market a couple of days a week we could walk to and Lava Lava restaurant is just a short walk away for an afternoon cocktail or meal. Rental agency really responsive and professional. Would return in a heartbeat 💓.

Overall Excellent!

The location of this property was fabulous for us - gorgeous view of the ocean, easy access to pool, lovely property. The space was large, and the kitchen full of all the essentials for easy cooking, beach gear there if you need. Also loved this this property was on the east side of the island if you like to explore. About an hour to the north, and an easy 20 minutes to go south. Would absolutely come back to this exact property if visiting the island. Highly recommend!

Great location for ocean views

Location was great. We loved proximity to ocean and pool. Lanai was private, outdoor furniture was tired and uncomfortable. Interior was much darker than photos showed. Bathrooms are in need of a total redo.

A little piece of Heaven.

Kauai Realty made the arrival process very easy. Our condo had such a beautiful view n so close to pool n beach. The landscape was magnificent, the pool was well kept on a daily basis by Kenneth who was so friendly. Danielle worked in the main office n was so friendly n accommodating. The patio had its own private area, where you didn’t feel like you were too close to neighbors. The condo was so comfortable as home and had everything you could think of and more. It had anything you would need for the beach. My husband and I are hoping to now stay at this property on a yearly tradition.

Perfect location for travel all around Kauai.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location for our home base for all of our travels around the island. Beautiful grounds and a nice condo. It was nothing fancy, but we didn't travel to Kauai for the condo. We have already looked to see if it's available again in August!
