Lied to

My wife and grandchildren checked in on Wednesday for a stay until Saturday. They were told the stay was not booked as a 3 night stay but as a one night and separate two night reservation. They had to move out of first room and wait for a new room to be available much later in the afternoon. Pack and repack and re-unload. Susan did not answer my texts, calls or emails. Just left us hanging. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Do not book through this person. Still no response from he by the way.

Beautiful resort, pools, and landscaping

Nice place. It was frustrating to book one of the four tennis/Pickleball courts through the activity center. Not enough staff and not enough courts for three large resorts.

Perfect for all your needs

If you are looking for the extra space with friends this is what you need. 2 rooms with separate living and dining area, close to the pool, no hotel shuttle if you go for Coachella but other than that. Highly recommend

Came here for my teenage son’s birthday w some of his friends. The location was great! The property was well- equipped and clean! Check in was easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was exactly what we needed! Thank you!!

Palm Desert- Shadow Ridge

My family and I have stayed at Shadow Ridge a few times. Everything went perfect during check in and throughout our stay. Renting was easy and accurately described. The property has everything we want and need in a stay- kitchen, 2 bd and 2 bath, living space, outdoor space, washer/dryer, tennis courts, golf course, pools and proximity to Indian Wells tennis tournament and local restaurants and conveniences. Would rent again with this agent and at this property without hesitation.

Desert Paradise

Loved our stay. Unit was clean and exactly as pictured. Large rooms and kitchen had everything needed for cooking to "stay in your bubble" during Covid time. Plenty of pools and space to "distance". We will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay on this property and can’t wait to return. Beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. Little issues were dealt with promptly. Unit was well equipped and a joy to make our Home for our quick get away. So many amenities we didn’t have time to experience..activity Center had much to offer, movies on big screen, great fitness centres.. Absolutely loved our time at Shadow Ridge.

Unexpectantly Exceptional

The resort was priced unbelievably reasonable during the Coachella music festival. The facility, accommodations and staff were extremely beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful location in Palm Desert CA

Our stay at this property met and exceeded all of our expectations. The 2 bedroom we stayed in was more than big enough for 4 people to spend a week and not be crowded. The condo is very clean and has all the comforts of home while being on a vacation. We used the outdoor BBQ area one night and ate dinner on our patio. I could not say enough about the place other than it is perfect. Thank you Sho for going the extra mile for us. We greatly appreciated everything. Elaine & Neil Rochelle & Steve

Beautiful and relaxing

A bit of confusion when booking but all sorted out. Had to cut visit short as a result of family emergency but look forward to taking full advantage of beautiful property in the future. Would recommend.
