Great location, quiet at night. Out on the lanai every night to watch the sunsets. Made good use of the grill across from the townhouse. Well stocked, good Henkel pans for cooking. Clean and nicely decorated. Appreciated Nancy’s recommendations for food and activities. Highly recommended, we had a great trip.

Great place to stay, close to everything. Loved having access to the water. We had a couple small issues with TV and AC which were resolved quickly! Would recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Very nice and clean property that is in a quiet complex a little outside of the busier downtown area. This home has direct access to a small quiet beach. The complex has a great pool that we enjoyed. The home was nicely equipped with cooking supplies, spices, and condiments. I wish I had looked a little closer before going to the market as I purchased more of items already stocked in the home, including sunscreen. Nice beach towels were also provided. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The only downside for me was that if you sit on the lanai, all the chairs are low, so you cannot see the waves or the beach, but the view from the primary bedroom was amazing. The host was great to work with, and we didn’t have any problems. Definitely recommend this property.

Aloha, thanks for staying at turtle house. The gardeners are cutting the foliage back regularly. You just missed the cut down generally, you can see the entire ocean from the living room and lanai. We hope you come back again soon and enjoy all the beautiful things. The island has to offer.

We had a great 10 day stay on our first trip to Hawaii. Great location and beautiful views. Very relaxing, and just a short drive to anything you would need.

Amazing location, right on the ocean. Small beach and water access straight out of the door. Close to Kahalu’u Beach Park. Very thoughtfully prepared for guests and comfortable. Keauhou Surf and Racket Club was quiet, family friendly, with a great pool. Townhouse and grounds were beautiful.

Location was amazing! So beautiful! Townhome was well stocked with things you might need. Met many wonderful people who live at the complex year round. Everyone was so friendly!

Great spot. Beautiful sunsets. The activities that we booked were nearby like the night manta ray snorkel where we met them near the outrigger and the surf lesson was at Kahaluu Beach. We made full use of the washer and dryer and the kitchen. The AC was necessary in late May/early June. It was nice to have the chairs and umbrella and snorkels available for use. We would recommend to friends and come back in the future.

Fantastic time and a very special place. The semi private beach is perfect for spending a day lounging at the property between island excursions. Nothing like being up with the sun, toes in the ocean and a warm cup of coffee literally feet from your back porch. The air conditioning was a great escape in the afternoons and the beds were cozy. There is a well stocked supermarket a mile away and dining options nearby. I would recommend having a car but there is a bike rental kiosk within a mile. Nearby snorkeling was fun and a great location for newbies.

Great place to explore Hawaii

What a pleasure to be able to walk out of the condo and be on the beach and relax. Lots of beach paraphernalia comes with this rental. Very comfortable inside too. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was a bit on the dusty side, ie front door ledges, lights in master bathroom. Air conditioning was welcome, but should have been informed of the additional 30 a day cost up front at time of booking. Trash and recycling was a bit confusing.
