This Unit Is A 2-Story, 2 Bed / 2.5 Bath And It Sleeps 8 in a fantastic location for your Pensacola Beach. Featuring 1 king bed, 1 full bed, 1 single bed with a single trundle underneath and a pull-out sofa sleeper. The unit includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. There are fantastic views from the View Tower on the roof top, perfect for Blue Angel Shows!

We Have A Foosball Table And Lots Of Board Games For Family Evening Fun Time. The Island Provides Free Shuttle Transportation 7 Days a week when available.

Fantastic!!

This place was awesome for 4 adults! Freddie was a great host and always made sure everything was good to go for us. Quiet area right next door to Peg Leg Pete’s and right across the road from the beach. Plenty of space to move around the commercial size ice makers was a deal breaker! So awesome we didn’t have to keep buying ice. Pool table and grill area was a hit! Very clean place. I will definitely stay here again if I’m staying in Pensacola Beach!

Fantastic Location and Spacious

We had a wonderful stay, the home is spacious and has everything you would need for a beach get away. It's right next door to Peg Leg Pete's, which is right next door to a convenience store. The beach is right across the street and if you need a respite from all that sun there's so much space for your family to spread out and relax. Communication with Freddie was excellent.

Summer Vacation

The property was great for our group. We had 4 adults and 3 kids between the ages of 6 and 10. The property accommodated both families perfectly. The location was right next to Peg Leg Pete’s Restaurant and across the street from the beach. We were able to easily get to the beach everyday. The property is a short drive to the pier and other Pensacola restaurants. Overall it was a great trip and the property fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect spot! Awesome having foosball and billiards in the unit for non-tech fun and bonding with the older kids! Three doors down from our favorite restaurant…Peg Legs. Fourth floor lookout with hammock was a perfect getaway for our teenage daughter!!

The Best!

We’ve been coming down to this area every year for 15 years and always rent a condo or home. As far as places go, this was definitely at the very top of our list! The pictures do not do it justice. It’s older but very clean, well maintained, fully equipped, and the location is fabulous! Views of the ocean and the marina. Next door to a great restaurant and the billiard room was nice addition! The owner, Freddie was an excellent communicative host. We would love to stay again!

Freddie, the owner, is so nice. His place is clean, perfect location, and the pictures are accurate. Loved our stay, would definitely book it again in the future!

Perfect location

The house was just across the street from the beach and just as described. The house was very clean and we liked the layout of the house. We are already planning on our next stay.

The property was as described. The location was perfect. The beach was just steps away. Boat marina, convenient store and good seafood restaurant were next door. The communication with the property owner was incredibly great.

Great property and location

You can't beat the location. Right next door to Peg Leg Pete's and after a very short walk, the beach is directly across the street. This was our 2nd trip to this property and it did not let us down.

Excellent Vacation Rental

Great location. Terrific views, especially from top floor. Short walk down back steps to canal dock and less than five-minute walk across street to beach. Lots of space. Top floor “crow’s nest” was great area, especially for grandchildren. Convenient and comfortable. Three generations had great time together! Cons: No futon. Wasn’t on listing, but was in pictures. Also, would have liked to get check-in and checkout information a day or two in advance as we usually do with VRBO rentals. Bottom line: Highly recommended!
