This unit is very well maintained with many new upgrades. HD4K 55-inch smart tv in spacious living area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 43 1080 HD tv, separate vanity area, large walk in closet and full bath with Handicap rails and shower equipment. My wife is in a wheelchair full time and this unit works great for her. The family bedroom is a must see with triple bunk and queen. This room has HD 42 TV as well and huge walk-in closet. Kitchen is fully stocked and features a Keurig coffee system. Separate laundry/beach equipment storage. The resort has a workout room, conference center, library, pool, grills, and a tennis and basketball court. The people who come here year after year are extremely welcoming. You will make lifetime friends :)

Everything was as advertised. Condo was very spacious with an amazing view of ocean. It was clean and well stocked with all you would need. I would definitely stay again snd hope to in the future. 7/4/26Sharon

The over all property was clean. The beach view was great. We did not use the pool but it looked very well maintained. It was a nice place to stay.

Great spot for family vacation

Great family oriented vacation rental. Love the no drive beach and how close this condo is to the pool and basketball courts

Great place to stay.

My best friend and I spent a weekend at this condo. It was very comfortable, great location and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Nice condo especially for the price. Everything was clean. The towels, sheets, and beds were much better than some other places. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great, right on the beach the part of the no drive beach. A short drive to everything. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We recommend this place to others!"

Wonderful stay

We loved staying here! Everything was as described on the listing. We had plenty of things we needed and never had a problem with anything! Beds were nice. Pool was great. Beach access was perfect for our wagon of things! Would definitely look into staying here again!!

Beautiful view. Rooms were clean. Living space was comfy. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We had an issue on arrival that the staff & owner tried vigilantly to correct, but ultimately it did not diminish our enjoyment of the space and our time there.

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family! The condo was just as pictured on VRBO! The kids loved being able to go right out the door onto the courts and play basketball, tennis was awesome and so convenient to elevators, pool and beach!! Can’t wait to return next year!

Loved this Condo!

We loved this condo! It was very cozy for my family and I! Everything was clean, and almost everything we needed was already at the condo. The laundry room was a nice bonus as well! All the amenities were very clean and the staff in the building were so friendly!

Family vacation

It is a wonderful place and it had everything we needed. The views of the ocean were breathtaking, and the pool with access to the beach were just steps from each other. My kids loved the easy access of the pool and beach and they even had a room with books, games, puzzles and movies for lend. We will be back !!

We looked for property from Flagler beach to new Smyrna and found this to be the best fit . The unit is very big and spacious so my wife who is wheelchair bound can maneuver very easily . She can view the ocean and pool and with the elevator can access pool and even beach just a half block away . Her bathroom has been upgraded with handicap equipment so she can remain independent . Its so comfortable and now has all the latest TV equipment . Its so peaceful sitting on the deck in the morning reading or doing my daily devotion with a next cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee system . We just added the family bedroom so our children can bring there spouses and hopefully grandchildren . Got to see it. has nice queen bed and a triple bunk . plus upgraded the TV .

When comparing this oversized luxury condo with hotels and motels in Daytona there is no comparison . This unit is like home or better .
