The unit was fantastic. Location is amazing right on the beach and it had everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrella and lots of beach towels. The bed was comfortable and linens were great. We loved it and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

The cutest studio with all the conveniences we could ask for.. My son loved the shower. The patio was awesome. Will book again.

Studio size, no table or chairs, very warm even with AC, though the local or room was right on the beach, and though it was one bedroom not a studio, parking was poor and very, very small. Sitting area on the board walk was very good. Maybe it could use an umbrella

Great place it looks exactly like the pictures and super clean. Host is great and gets back to you right away. Awesome location everything is close. Place is stocked with everything. So close you can hear the ocean. We will be back.

This property was ideal as the location was close to travel by bike or walk on the board walk. Parking was a little ways from our Studio but we were lucky the guests with a 2 bdrm located on the front part of the boardwalk came without a car so they offered their space to us which was next to our studio. The studio was modern and very clean but small and not much space for your clothes. When we rent again we will make sure our front door opens to the boardwalk and has either a garage or parking beside the unit.

Great location! Within walking distance to everything, so rarely needed a car. It's very clean & well stocked with "extras" you might need.

It’s great to hear you enjoyed your stay. The complex is on the boardwalk and the view from inside the unit is an unobstructed view of the ocean with a table and lounge chairs on the boardwalk, only separated by a two foot wall. The pictures on the VRBO site show the unit in proximity to the boardwalk from inside the unit and the patio. If you’re interested in staying please give the photos a thorough look.

Great location and very nice place. It's clearly communicated in the description but to be very clear this is a studio, so be aware. We loved it! Will was awesome and answered all of our questions quickly and clearly. The patio was convenient and we spent big parts of our day there. Some shade would have been nice but understand that patio umbrellas can sometimes go "missing" so no easy answer. Thanks for everything and we would love to come back.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was fully furnished. The beach view was stunning. The host was responsive, but he provided great instructions so I didn’t have much need to reach out to him. It was perfect for our family of 3. I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

We had such a good time relaxing here. Super convenient to walk everywhere and great view of the beach from the patio! Nice and clean too!

Nice location right on the beach with a BBQ grill and shared outdoor space. Also came with a parking spot, very helpful for this busy area. Everything you need for 2 people to be comfortable, would highly recommend.

Great Location, Great Accomendations

We loved the location with easy access to beach and boardwalk. Sunsets were spectacular. Owner was very easy to work with. Definitely would rent again.

This was an excellent, well maintained property with all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect with a nice patio/grill area facing the beach. We can’t wait to come back!!
