This Ocean Front Condo is steps from the sand and a short walk to Belmont Park and Mission Bay. Sliding glass doors open to the ocean view and cool breeze. Use provided body boards, sand toys and beach chairs or rent bicycles to ride along the boardwalk. The studio sleeps four (queen bed+pullout sofa) with a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, Wifi, Cable TV, DVD, Bose Sound System and steam room shower. Located minutes away from Sea World, Balboa park, downtown San Diego, and the Gas Lamp District. Please message with any questions to make sure this property is a good fit for you.

Relaxing and perfect

This studio was perfect for me and my daughter. You are right on the boardwalk and you can see the ocean laying in the bed. Will was available and I responded to all our questions. Would love to come back here again!

Great Location, Great Accomendations

We loved the location with easy access to beach and boardwalk. Sunsets were spectacular. Owner was very easy to work with. Definitely would rent again.

Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely Perfect

This location was absolutely ideal! It's situated right by the beach and conveniently close to all the activities we had planned. Will is an excellent host who has considered every detail. I highly recommend staying here when visiting San Diego.

Great location

This studio was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We were steps away from the beach, very clean and spacious. We could hear the waves crashing and feel the cool breeze. So far one of our best stays on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one week and it was perfect for two people. Really clean, updated, and amazing location on the water. It also had a close walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and Belmont Park as well. Will was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend to stay here to anyone!

Amazing View - Close to Everything

We absolutely loved this property. The view from the room was amazing and being able to open up the windows and hear the ocean was incredibly relaxing. We also weren’t aware how incredibly close things were. From being able to walk down to Belmont Park, up to Pacific Beach, and even riding bikes to La Jolla, we had an incredible time here and look forward to coming back soon.

Fabulous memorable stay

Love, love this place and would absolutely no doubt to stay here again! Your on the beach with ocean breeze what more can you ask for. The condo is perfect, feels like it’s a new place and has everything you can possibly need. Will the manager was more then fabulous, provided all the information you needed about the condo and was always there promptly when you needed anything😁

Tucked Into Paradise

The location is centrally located down Mission Beach! The room was very clean and stocked for comfort. We loved how all windows opened up for fresh ocean air. The owner was very accommodating and offered us a late check out as there were not guest booked to come in. Will look for the property again in the future.

The Perfect Place

My husband & I have 1 daughter. We’re SD natives who had to move to TX for my husbands job, our daughter stayed in SD. We stayed here for 4 nights in Aug. & it was the prefect get away for the 3 of us!! The size was perfect! We love the layout, the patio, & BBQ. Very clean & just like it looks in the pictures!

Central Mission Beach San Diego

The property was everything Will promised and more! He is such a thoughtful host. He thought of everything including some much appreciated snacks. The condo is extremely clean, well equipped and truly just steps from the beach. Our visit was everything we wanted it to be. Extremely relaxing.

Excellent Location

You will never beat this location right on the beach and also easily walkable to other attractions. The inside is very clean and updated. Loved the shower. The host was super kind and went beyond what was expected. As a senior couple we decided not to drive in San Diego and he picked us up at the airport and took us back with no additional charge. We will rent again. Five stars plus, no question about that.

Not Happy

There are several problems with this property. 1) no block screen for AC unit in wondow which allowed smoke from grill to enter unit. 2) coffe pot was B&D and carafe was Mister Coffee; did not work together. 3) Lounge chairs lashed together which made it unconfortable to use. 4) Inadequate storage space. 5) Inconvient parking at a distance. 6) Cramped space for 2 people

Beachfront studio

This property is in a great location, it’s clean, and well stocked! Outdoor patio area was fantastic to BBQ, lounge, and eat. Be aware the parking spot is down the block. Also neighboring properties are under construction which starts getting noisy at 7:30am. Not an issue if you’re able to keep doors closed, but AC unit requires door to be open wide enough for hose to fit through… The only thing we were missing is a place to hang beach towels & swimsuits to dry.

Great Beach Location

We enjoyed our stay so much! This condo was ground level and one unit from the boardwalk. The pictures are totally accurate regarding the view of the ocean! It was exactly what we wanted! The condo complex has a common area, and we spent mornings there drinking coffee and watching people and dolphins! The glass doors open all the way up, making it feel bigger and like you are sitting on a luxury patio listening to the waves crashing, without feeling like you’re in a fishbowl being watched by every passerby. This was a great way to spend the afternoons. The condo was set up very well - comfortable bed, good size shower, gas stove, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. It met all of our needs. The parking spot is away from the condo, but worked well for us. We were able to load/unload our car as needed right outside the condo, then go park. There were nice touches for guests - coffee pods and snacks, as well as toiletries you might have forgotten. We would recommend this place for couples. It’s basically a studio, but has a convertible couch if needed. We will definitely stay again!

GREAT HOST…OKAY LOCATION

This is not on the beach it’s behind a unit the “beach view” is often obstructed by people from other units. If you are a shy not social person this isn’t the place for you. There are other tenants who use the front door area as walkthroughs so lots of traffic. The AC unit is missing the plastic inserts to the window so when you use it the window is left open to allow bugs and also people to see you and inside the unit. It was hot and muggy inside unit and no screens on window or door so lots of flys. The host was super nice leaving extra snacks and waters and offering to extend stay for free. This rental would have been perfect if I was solo traveling but with the layout and location it wasn’t what it looked like online.

Great Location and Cute Studio

Finding this gem made our Mission Beach trip so easy! My husband and two teenage sons were surprised by how well we managed the studio space. The leather futon was comfortable enough for the teenagers, and the queen bed was the perfect place for my husband and I to recharge after a busy day. I felt that the location of this gem was perfect too. Far enough away from Belmont Park to not hear it, but close enough to walk to enjoy it. Plus lots of great restaurants are in walking distance too! The host, William, was always available to answer any questions, no matter how silly. He was always kind and helpful. Having a great host and beautiful place made our first trip to San Diego a 10! I would definitely rent this place again.
