This Central Avenue property is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to beach entrances and includes 6 beach badges. Close to 34th Street bridge and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, groceries, playground. 2022 Newly painted throughout Condo! Huge gated front porch with awnings and patio furniture. Front and side entrances. Enclosed private one-car garage with additional parking for up to 2 more vehicles in rear of condo along alley. Outside enclosed shower. Central Air. Sleeps 8: 1 King master bedroom with sitting area, TV and full bathroom; 1 Queen bedroom with TV; 2 bedrooms with 2 twins in each. Kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops. Spacious and comfortable dining area. Comfy living area has gas fireplace, TV, and ample seating. WIFI provided.

Family Beach Vacation

Wonderful condo to stay with family! Large open kitchen and family room. We loved the covered porch. Centrally located within two blocks to a playground, pizza, burgers and ice cream. A very short walk to beach.

Beautiful home with great front porch

This home was lovely. If you love beach decor, this is the place for you! Loved the front porch! Open concept livingroom, kitchen, dinningroom. Comfortable beds. 2 & 1/2 baths, & an outdoor enclosed shower! Close to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful beach house

This was an amazing house to stay in. Very close to the beach. There was so much room and it was so neat and clean. We very much enjoyed sitting out on the porch at night. We hoped to return on the future.

Awesome House

Loved the house for our week vacation. The house was clean, furnished nicely, and plenty of utensils in the kitchen The front porch is one of a kind. My husband and I loved to have our morning coffee out there and it was so peaceful. Definitely will stay again.

Wonderful

Beautiful, cozy and comfortable was the feeling from this house! It was such an excellent choice for our multi generational family. So much room, we never felt crowded. And that porch was everyones favorite place to be. There was a large selection of pots and pans and all the kitchen basics. The only issues were that the front right burner on the stove would only go on high and during heavy rain the front porch leaked all over. Definitely recommend, but don’t forget bathroom hand towels!

Beach house condo rental

Very nice house. Great front porch. Comfortable beds and very clean. We had everything we needed. Also close walk to beach 🏖 we will return 😍

Wonderful House!

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful porch that accommodates several people comfortably. It is well kept and close to the beach, and providing 8 beach tags was a great addition that we don’t often see at other rentals. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the cooking and serving appliances in the kitchen were subpar. We would definitely stay here again!
