Restored bungalow in the heart of downtown Prescott, one block from the historic city square. An open space concept where contemporary style merges with the cozy comfort of a bungalow.

The property boasts a fantastic outdoor space with a warm fire pit to sit around, propane grill, and outdoor dining. The bungalow is recently remodeled with an all new kitchen with new appliances, bathroom w/beautiful marble tiled shower, new windows, washer and dryer, and marble floors throughout. Plus, get fantastic sleep on the brand new Luxury California King Saatva mattress.

The bungalow is a separate guest house on the property - the owners friend reside in the front home. Guest have their own fenced private outdoor space and entrance accessed via the alley. The bungalow has a one car garage that is perfect for parking or storing your outdoor activity equipment and gear.

Less than walking distance to downtown, whiskey row, restaurants & shops, museums, elks theater, farmer's markets, microbreweries, and antique shops. Short drive to: hikes, mountain bike trails, lakes, Yavapai College, Prescott College, and Embry Riddle. Owner adjacent.

Amazing little spot. This place had everything we needed, was super clean, and the garage was a huge plus!The hosts are exceptionally organized and quick to respond and the location can’t be beat. We will be looking to book this again on a future trip.

This apartment was perfect for us. It even had a yard for our dog. The king sized bed was heavenly. We will rent this place again when we return to Prescott.

We had a wonderful stay! Bed and linens were super comfortable! Shower had great water pressure and great hot water! BONUS.....it has a washer and dryer! ALWAYS a plus for us!

This was a wonderful gem to find for our last minute, one night getaway to Prescott. It was super clean, modern and in a great location. I loved being able to walk to all our favorite places. We will definitely be staying again!

The property was beautiful. We have never stayed where the facility was so well equipped. Communication with owners was excellent.BUGS was the problem. They attacked my wife repeatedly. She was so uncomfortableall the time that we left after two days. We were greatly upset that our long prepared plans ended before they got started with our best friends

Great location and the garage was a plus. Easy walking to downtown and plenty of restaurants to try. The patio was a comfortable place to relax. The bungalow was fully equipped for cooking if you choose and although we didn’t use it, a grill was available. There was plenty of privacy and a quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay with these hosts, but in their larger place next door which is also great. Highly recommend for 2 people.
