WINTER RATE SPECIALS- Please send us an inquiry and ask about our special. This is a quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home, with a lovely add-on and has laminated flooring throughout the home. The spacious living area, has a stunning kitchen-dining area with plenty of seating. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a small, but unique master bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The master bedroom has two steps which drop down to a smaller open room, which houses a twin bed for extra sleeping. In the second bedroom, located on the opposite side from the master, has a twin bed with a trundle along with a full-size bed. The second bedroom has an attached spacious, full bathroom that has a walk in shower.

There's a spacious, fully fenced garden-like yard, covered back yard, and open deck with patio seating. There's also a special fenced dog area, so we would love it if your pet could join you on your adventure to Brookings!

Fantastic rustic house on a hill with a peak of the ocean! Probably my new favorite stay in Brookings! It’s much more spacious than expected. Fenced in yard was great for the pups and the whole place felt very private. If you’re going to cook bring spices, oil, etc. but tons of dishes, pans, utensils…we were very happy.

Loved this house! The kitchen had anything and everything you needed, super clean, beds were comfy, great location tucked into the trees- had a little peek of a view of the ocean. Lovely place, would definitely stay there again!!

It's a really beautiful, remodeled home where you wouldn't think it was originally a singlewide trailer. All the additions are roomy and with lots of sunlight, with the old trailer section adding additional uniqueness. The dog yards were great for the dogs and it's in a very quiet neighborhood but really close to the harbor.

We had everything we needed to do what we wanted for meals. Loved the large tv in the living room. The gardens are beautiful and relaxing and the fire pit was fun.

The property is situated on a hill which gives a great view of the sunrise and sunset on the deck. There were quite a bit of webs and spiders inside as if no one had been inside for some time.But overall, the property was perfect for our family for the holiday weekend and the price was great!

The pictures did not do this property justice! The place is much larger and gorgeous!!! The outdoor yard is very serene. The only thing I would recommend is making all the steps (both inside and outside) more visible by painting a line or something on the edge. My husband stumbled several times and fell once. I finally put chairs in front of two that are inside the house. Otherwise, we would definitely rent this house again! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. We loved all the windows as well!!! Such a beautiful place!!

Beautiful property! We were delighted to discover a redwood tree right on the property. The home was very clean, well stocked, and had plenty of space for our group. There were lots of linens and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Brookings is a wonderful jumping-off point for visiting the redwoods, especially Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. It was the perfect place to help get our 81-year-old mom into the redwoods without needing to do a difficult hike.If you visit the park, make sure to stop at the historic Hiouchi Cafe, it truly is all it’s cracked up to be!We also booked a private sound bath in Brookings with Julie at Himalayan Harmonious Healing, and she was amazing.As an STR owner myself this stay was a treat! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay in Brookings! Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Very nice outdoor space to sit and relax. Conveniently located for exploring the beaches, hiking the Redwoods Loop, restaurants, and more. Had everything we needed. Manager was very quick to respond to all my questions. Would stay here again!

Really adorable home with plenty of space but unfortunately we were greeted by approximately 50 horse flies, 1 black widow spider and some other type of spider. Cob webs were in every corner of the ceiling and vents. Made the rest of our stay uneasy. The yard is beautiful too but it was not clean. I should have checked it out the first morning so I could clean things off. This is my first time renting a home so maybe I was expecting too much? If it hadn’t have been for the flies and the black widow I would have given this place a 10.

It was such a comfortable space. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The living room was a great place for the family to gather. And the yard was absolutely beautiful! We all agreed that we would like to stay there again!
