This was a very nice stay. The place was safe, clean, and fairly quiet. All appliances worked well and it was convenient to a pub, shop, and the tube. Great value!

Overall, the stay was good and met our needs for reasonable accommodations on our visit to London. The flat was accurately described and very close to the tube stop. The host was also very responsive to any questions that we had. It wasn't the Four Season's, but we didn't expect it to be. It was a great value for our trip!

The owner was very responsive to messages. The flat is a block from the underground entrance, which was a huge plus. In addition, the area was very quiet and safe. The bathroom situation, on the other hand, was interesting. Two toilets and one shower does not equal two bathrooms. We only had five people so we were able to make it work. Suggestions for improvement, add trash cans to the bathrooms, add hooks to the shower room and bedrooms, and maybe add a few more silverware items to the kitchen.Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We loved the location. We also loved the kitchen and living room space. The bathrooms were smaller than expected and a bit awkward. We would have liked a waste can upstairs and also tissues. Overall, it was a good spot!

It’s actually in Knotting Barns, not Knotting Hill, though it was convenient to the tube. Should have clarified the bathroom types, no place to put luggage, other than the floor. London was very warm and there weren’t enough fans until the last evening.

Our family, grandma and grandpa, son and two teenage grandsons had a great time. It was perfectly placed near Notting Hill and the Latimer Tube Station. We were place to easily tour London. We did have an unexpected issue with the Hot Water. The Host took our situation very seriously and had it back in service quickly. Thank you!

The apartment was in a great location close to the underground, stores, restaurants, park, and a mall. The apartment was consistent with the listing. The host was awesome. He communicated with us in a prompt and clear manner and responded to all questions timely.

While this place was a bit of a trek from city centre, but it was large and clean. Some things could go a long way to making it a perfect stay... A table and a chair or 2 to sit and read in the bedroom or to put luggage on, hooks to hang towels, nightstands or something to put things on and mattress toppers so the springs of the mattress aren't bruising you. These are small things though and I surely would recommend this place anyway

Host was excellent to communicate with. Very prompt on the responses and provided helpful information for getting around London. The house was located in a decent area, close to the subway and bus station. The house could use some updates and maintenance. There is no Air Conditioning and only 2 fans for the 4 bedroom place- the house was very warm. Small touches like garbage bins in the bathrooms and a mattress pad on the beds would be great. The house only has 1 tub/shower but 2 half baths.

David was a great communicator, the flat was as described and accurately presented in the listing. The location and proximity to public transport and shopping. The local area is quiet, and Portobello road was a pleasant 15 minute walk away.

Very spacious and comfortable. Lovely private back garden.

The property was as described. Plenty of room for a group. Bathrooms are small and only one shower, but if you can negotiate bathing times, it works!

David was an outstanding host. The property was exceptionally clean with all amenities advertised. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend this property. We will definitely be staying here abain!
