The is a private attached suite , with its own separate entrance and a covered carport for a vehicle.
We have a 2 bedroom/1 Bathroom/Living Room suite attached to our house that we are opening up to guests. Sleeps 5 guest max
The 2 bedrooms both have King sized beds and big screen TV’s .
There is a comfortable living room area with a sofa ( not a sofa bed ) a sofa love seat and a recliner where you can kick back and watch TV and socialize with all other guests in your party. We are huge baseball fans, so you will see our baseball decor from Little League, High School, College and Professional.
The house is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. We are located minutes away from many downtown Phoenix attractions such as Chase Field home of the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Team and Talking Stick Arena home of the Phoenix Suns Basketball Team .
We are also less than a mile away and walking distance to the Phoenix Convention Center , The Arizona Science Center , The Phoenix Children’s Museum and many great restaurants.
If you don't feel like walking or want to explore other parts of town in Phoenix the Light Rail station is located a block away. The light rail can take you to Downtown Phoenix but also can drop you off in Tempe for the Arizona State University College scene . Mesa . The Sky Harbor Airport Sky Tram takes you to the different Terminals at the airport.

Conference stay.

Perfect for our needs for the week. 2 bedrooms was perfect. Clean, well kept, nice host, neat neighborhood. Easy walk to the convention center or easy Lyft/Waymo One pickup/dropoff.

Perfect Stay

Wonderful location! Small quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect for Chase Field. Wonderful host! Liz was there for anything we needed. Wonderful place! Lots of nice touches. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Concert at Chase Stadium

Perfect location to walk to Chase Field for a concert or if you are going to a Diamond Backs game. Liz was awesome making sure we had everything we needed.

Weekend Trip

Booking handled efficiently. Accommodation was all we could have asked for, quiet but within easy reach of several attractions. The hosts were most helpful.

Fantastic VRBO!!

This place has it all. Great set up and full of little thoughtful touches. I always pack extra items and found they provided almost all of them. Amazing location and it was a quick & easy walk to Chase Field for a game. Liz, the property manager, was so nice too!! My family rated our stay 10 out of 10!

Great experience!

I thought it was a great experience overall. Talked to the owners briefly and they were very nice and welcoming. Place looks like just the picture and has everything you needed. Plenty of towels, very clean and put together! Also very kind of them to put snacks and waters out for us! Never had that before at any stay. It was great and above and beyond! The only issue was that the main house and the part of the house you stay in is only separately by a thin closet type door, so during the day you could hear the main house. Didn’t cause us an issue since we were hardly there though and only really used the house to sleep and get ready in. Also, check in process was a bit confusing as the address is the main house and you’re staying at the side house, however the owner was there and helped right away. I would definitely stay again!

Super Bowl and waste management open

Came to town for the Super Bowl and waste management open. Liz was an awesome host and we really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to downtown Phoenix and was exactly what we needed. Would def book here again if I go to Phoenix again.

BEST VRBO experience EVER!

Liz is extremely generous and thoughtful! Her family is beautiful! We had everything we needed and then some! Plenty of blankets, towels, and even storage space! She had water bottles, coffee & fixins, even snacks in the fridge & laid out for us! Amenities were all updated and the HOT water & pressure was superb! We LOVED her little notes and helpful labels for everything, she truly thinks of it all for your stay! If we come back to Phoenix, we'll definitely choose here again! Thank you so much for having us, we enjoyed it very much!

Walking distance to downtown attractions

This space was perfect for what we needed. We were able to walk to the Diamonback’s game, Children’s Museum and Science Center. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Exactly what we hoped for

Just perfect for our trip. This property is great if you don't need an entire house but you want more than a couple of hotel rooms: there are two bedrooms with big beds, a full bath and a living area with two couches. It was just what the three of us needed. Very comfortable. The owner very warmly greeted us in person when we arrived (unplanned, she just happened to be there when we arrived), and told us a little about the area. Inside the unit there were lots of little nice personal touches, including a thoughtful greeting card. The unit has its own door and its own covered car port that we could use. It does share a wall with the owner's house. We went to two baseball games at nearby Chase Field, we walked to both games without issue, just maybe a ten minute walk. Really glad we stayed here!

Great Place

Clean, cozy, quiet in a very convenient location. Our stay was for MLB spring training and found we could get to any of the stadiums within 30-35 minutes, even during rush hour. Would highly recommend!

Our vacation stay

This property is just as seen on pictures. I also concur with all past reviewers... The hosts.. We met Liz. She was so gracious and accommodating to all of our needs. The suite is very comfortable, adjacent to their home. It is private and just the right space for a small family. Cleanliness of not a factor. We felt very much at home unlike a standard hotel stay. We will definitely be using them again in our travels to Phoenix.

Hello my name is Riccio Torrez. This is my family's house and am helping manage it for them. We live in a culdesac with 8 other houses. All of the houses belong to a member of my family on my fathers side. Very family oriented and safe neighborhood.
