I purchased this unit in June ‘16 and have completely furnished it with all of your needs. It's located on the 21st fl of Emerald Beach Resort. This condo includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, twin bunk in the hallway, a queen sleeper sofa, and twin sleeper chair. There's a kitchen table as well as a breakfast bar to enjoy meals with your family and friends. The patio includes 2 chairs and a bench to take in all the views... sunset being my favorite. I've supplied all the dishes, towels, and any small appliances that one could possibly need so that once you check in, you can completely relax and enjoy your stay.

Everything with this condo was great, for the price for the week to have parking and chair service included was a major bonus. Jessica was great with communicating with us for any questions we had, we definitely will be back!

Very clean affordable, Luxy hotel The balcony with the view of the ocean it was amazing very clean and affordable pricing. It comes with beach chairs, a tent and cabana chairs and umbrellas for free with your laundry detergent, their dishwashing liquid all the towels and tissue provided loved it.

Host was extremely nice and helpful with anything we asked or concerns. Only down fall for us was there was 6 people and 1 bathroom so that was difficult at times. If you’re looking for a host that is attentive definitely book with Jessica!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The host provided so many thoughtful extras, including beach toys, towels, beach chairs, additional umbrellas, and a wagon to help carry everything down to the beach. These amenities made our daily beach trips so much easier and more enjoyable, especially with kids.Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. The only small complaint I have is that we were unable to find any additional rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect.We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary, your place was amazing to accommodate a great relaxing time spent at the beach. Clean, quiet and family friendly. Everyone we encountered with was having just as good of a time as we did. We loved this place and plan to rebook on our next visit. May 2026

This condo was beautifully decorated and fully equipped! Plenty of towels were provided and the free beach chair service was especially appreciated. Host provided everything you would ever need including extra beach chairs, beach cart and sand toys. Host was also quick to answer every question and was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again.

Elevators ugh all week 1-3 down with very busy sometimes wait 20 minutes. Condo itself very good resort not to clean and staff not friendly or helpful.

We have stayed at the Emerald beach before and have always been pleased. This stay was no different. Very comfortable bed, excellent view, very clean. Appliances in good working condition. Over all a great choice.
