Moon Over Main is the perfect place to enjoy all that historic downtown Hendersonville and the surrounding area has awaiting your visit.
The loft is located in the heart of downtown. With a private front canopied balcony overlooking Main Street, you will have a bird's eye view of our charming community.
Moon Over Main is a spacious, oversized one bedroom, one bath, living room, dining area, stocked kitchen, laundry room, and a dedicated parking space at the rear of the building. Simply ideal for a couple to enjoy time together and explore our beautiful mountains, waterfalls, and hiking trails. It is located within walking distance of all downtown amenities including the award winning Flat Rock Theatre.
The nearly 100 year old historic loft has been restored to the original heart pine floors, Transom windows and brick walls, but also offers plenty of updates. Loads of natural light, high ceilings and the lovely front balcony will enhance your stay.
If exploring is your fancy, we are within a short drive to the Biltmore Estate, Carl Sandburg home, Tryon International Equestrian Center, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Burntshirt Winery and a host of breweries.

Great location for exploring and experiencing Hendersonville's historic Main Street. The balcony was wonderful for morning coffee and evening beverages in the cooler mountain air. The apartment was well-supplied and spacious enough for two people for two weeks, although the bathroom was "cozy." Walking distance to the Ecusta Trail and the local Y.

My husband and I loved our stay here. The location couldn’t have been better, and the balcony overlooking Main Street was such a treat — perfect for morning coffee or evening people‑watching. The host was fabulous and made everything easy. The rental looked exactly like the photos. We would absolutely stay here again. Truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had.

An exceptional property conveniently located on Main Street. Tastefully and thoughtfully furnished with a spacious and comfortable environment. We loved sitting out on balcony in evening, siping wine and watching people passing by.

Nancy did a great job giving us the lay of the land. The condo exceeded expectations. Clean, well supplied, GREAT location right on Main Street. Amenities were great. Can't wait till next stay.

Great location for our long weekend trip. Very clean and relaxing. Enjoyed watching the main street action from the balcony. Coffee and bakery steps away. Easy to get to Piegan Forest and Brevard. Always nice to have a well stocked rental. Just stay here and enjoy the visit. Thanks Nancy for your hospitality.

This is our third time at Nancy’s place. Love it as always. The porch is the big draw but the bed/pillows/shower and coziness is also the best! Nancy is an excellent host! We like to go Wed-Sunday as a lot of stores are closed on Sunday/Monday so we get the best of the best! You have to check it out!

Beautiful, comfortable stay in Hendersonville

Moon over Main was a delightful stay right in the heart of Hendersonville. The wonderful balcony overlooking Main St was a real bonus. The room was a very comfortable bedroom and living area in a hundred year old structure, beautifully restored and decorated. Nancy had every ‘extra’ from snacks to drinks to supplies and was a delight to work with. I’d consider coming back again and again - great stay!

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. The location is central to the downtown shopping/restaurant/breweries. The space was very elegantly decorated and the bed/ couches are very comfortable. The host has included everything you could possibly need during your stay and everything was very clean and organized. The cherry on top is the balcony with awning where you can sit and people watch all day and night. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay!

We have been up to the Hendersonville area many times and this was hands down our favorite spot to stay. It was clean, organized and the location was A. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Honestly I loved everything about the home and I can be hard to please. Both my husband and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Especially loved the lighting in the evening and the balcony. Will book again for sure!

Amazing accommodations and location

From the start, Nancy was very helpful and easy to work with. The loft was very clean and comfortable and the location downtown couldn’t be better. Loved the balcony overlooking Main St.
