This gorgeous little cottage is absolutely awesome! It is three easy blocks to The Courthouse Square and Historic Whiskey Row. You’ll love it because of the location and the ambience. As it is fully turn-key furnished and ready to occupy, you only need to bring your clothes and food. Hi Definition Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Roku, and all the modern conveniences are included as well central air conditioning & heat. With vaulted ceilings, skylights and lovely, large windows, is bright and airy. The patio home is situated in the very back of my back yard in a quiet alleyway between Carlton and Goodwin Streets. The patio area is fenced in for pets, which require a non refundable fee.

Wonderful downtown location!!

Great location

Owner was awesome! Location is walking distance to downtown and great restaurants. Finding the cottage is a little tricky. Check her directions, don’t depend on maps.

Hidden Gem

Stayed at the cottage for New Years with a couple friend's. The cottage was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again and refer it to others.

Very nice

I stayed here with my wife and 16 month old boy while I was doing flight training. Everything was clean and nice. The master bedroom is pretty small with just a few feet on either side of a queen bed, but there is a nice bathroom adjacent to it, and a room with a small loveseat and chest of drawers where we put our stuff. The "guest bedroom" was good size with a pull out couch. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were all connected with a second bathroom and laundry room just off of those. I think we stayed there 2-3 weeks. The entrance is in the alley, and we were less than a block away from the library and a 10 minute walk from the downtown. Overall it was great, and I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed returning to Prescott. It’s a charming community and near many beautiful hiking trails

The owner was wonderful to work with. Everything was exactly as described It is bright, airy and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the outdoor area

Quick walk to downtown Prescott!

My wife and I took out 4 month old son up north to get out of the Phoenix heat and we loved this cottage. It was a quick walk to downtown Prescott. It had everything we needed as far as space and amenities. We hope to stay here again!

Courtesy and professionalism of the property manager made this visit a wonderful experience. The property was clean and nicely appointed. I would recommend this property to any of my friends.

Cosy cottage well suited for a month's stay waiting for house to be completed.

Has all the amenities needed for an extended (52 day) stay. Convenient to downtown Prescott and main arteries (89 and 69) for road trips.

Great Property

Will for sure stay here again, owners were took care of our request for a hose to wash our mountain bikes. An easy walk to downtown and Whiskey Row. Love this town!

Cozy cottage

I stayed at the cottage for the summer. It was fantastic. If you need something Kerrie calls you right back or is at your door. When I arrived the place was spotless, including the stove & fridge. Every available space is used for this residence. I found it to be very comfortable & cozy and I felt safe there I will be back.

Great Place!

This is a beautiful home in a great location for a fantastic price. The owners are wonderful people and always there to help. I will definitely stay here again.

Quiet and very homely

Absolutely loved this cute little cottage. It had all the amenities that we were looking for and more. We were in town for a softball tournament which happened to be 3 blocks away from the home which worked out perfect. Loved the neighborhood and the ease of the location.
