We had the best vacation. The villa met all expectations. It was very well kept. Very clean, new appliances and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The pool area was private and relaxing. My grandson loved the game room. Lots of areas to spread out as a family. The area was safe with lots of shopping and activities. Short distance to Disney parks. The host was very receptive answering questions and cared about his guests having a good experience. I highly recommend this property.

If you are planning a trip to Disney, this is the place where you should stay! The location was easily accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, and most importantly all four Disney parks. The house is located in a gated community and felt safe and secure. The house itself was very clean and very well appointed for a large family with many bedding and bath options. We had planned to use the pool, but the weather had other ideas, however, the pool area in the backyard, looked relaxing, safe, clean, and would have been fun two use. We would definitely try to stay in this home again.

Great home for the price! Close to parks, great pool area. Very comfortable for a group. We felt very safe in the gated community. It is next to a busy road so there is road noise, and you do have to bring your own spices, foil and any consumables. But overall, great value for your money. The home has been updated some since the pictures as well. We would stay here again if we ever came back to the area.
