Very Excellent

This property is amazing - it's a must stay. We booked it to stay at during our trip to Disney World. Our group tends to have high standards, and we were happily impressed. It was even better in person than in the photos. The house was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The location seems to be a nice and safe neighborhood very convenient to the theme parks and groceries/gas. The owner is super nice, responsive, and professional. We will stay again.

Perfect

The house was amazing for our family of 8 from grandparents down to two years old! It was immaculate and accommodating. The kids loved the toys and room decorations. The host was wonderful and checkin was so easy. Definitely recommend and we will be returning!

Nice place, great communication

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were not very comfortable, and hot water was lukewarm, so unless you wanted a cool bath the soaking tub was not much use. Beautiful place. Only seating for 6 people in living room, but sleeps 10. We had a good time.

Great deal

Very good experience, the host was great, everyone enjoyed our stay , 1 granny , mom & dad , 5 adult kids & an uncle plenty of room, this is a great family setting, highly recommended by all.

Family vacay

Enjoy this property so much it had everything we needed. Check in was easy and Stoyan gave us all the infor needed. Property is close to all shopping. We did pay extra for pool/spa but wanted to make sure we could use no matter what the weather and it didn't disappoint. I recommend this property for a great stay. The Harrison's

Enjoyed Return Stay

We came back because of all of the indoor space, and the heated pool/spa, backing on to walking trail. Location is one of the best we have visited over the years. Close to everything. The bonus, this time, was the armadillo on my morning walk! Thanks Stoyan.

Quick spring break trip

Orlando stay

It was very spacious, with 5 bed rooms and a nice pool! The land lord was very honest, he actually returned the extra money paid for the pool because I didn’t use it! Very clean and close to Disney World. I would stay again!

Enjoyed the time here!

Enjoyed the stay. Within 15 minutes of almost any need you may have. Owner is friendly and remembered our staying at his property last June. Good communication with the owner and accommodating our needs. One family member thought his bed was a little too soft, but that is personal preference. Mine was fine. We have been taking one of our children and their family at a time, and have returned to this property because we knew what to expect. Got good service. About our distant past, my wife and I have worked in the hotel business. She spent most of the time managing properties in Wyoming and Utah, as well as helping open new properties when they came on line for over 20 years, and she has now retired from that part of her life. What we look for is the guest service and cleanliness provided (which Universal Studios could take a lesson or two from her.) The owner has met all our expectations, better than what other VRBO property owners have provided.

Very Satisfied

Property was excellent for our stay. Cleanliness and upkeep of this property is excellent. Was put at ease with alarms being on the doors leading to the pool area because of the special needs people that were present. Really enjoyed our stay.

met our needs. Never used the pool, because we were so busy. Close to needed food, shopping, which was nice to have handy. Felt safe, never had any concerns about the neighborhood.

Lots of room and a quiet neighborhood

This was a multi family trip/reunion. We are all "local" to the state of Florida, but are scattered and living in different cities. Myself and my husband, my niece and her husband and two small children, and my sister and brother in law. We had more than enough room, the dining area was plenty large enough for us all to eat at the same table. The furniture was in very good condition and comfortable. The beds were firm (which was nice for us old folks with bad backs, lol) and the pool table, air hockey, and darts made for some fun competition between us. The refrigerator was HUGE and held all of our food. The neighborhood was quiet, Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, and Publix were all within 10-12 minutes from the house. We were all very happy with the house and the neighborhood.

We would love to come back!

Came down for the Summit Championships at ESPN. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Close to the parks, restaurants and shopping. The creek behind the house offers so much privacy and is much nicer than having another house or lanai right behind you. Overall, we loved the house and location. Look forward to coming again.

Highly recommend this property

This is an A++ property. The owner is super nice and very responsive to questions and concerns. The house was very clean neat organized and well stocked. Within 10 minute drive to Disney Parks. I can’t say enough good things about this house. The kids loved the pool and play room. Will definitely stay here again. The first night we were there I could not figure out how to work the thermostat the owner came right over and showed me how and checked to make sure everything was good before he left even called the next day to ensure everything was still good.

Great stay in Orlando

The house was very clean and organized. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and this home was equally as peaceful and quiet. Stoyan, the property owner, was very responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would rent this home again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for our family

Great value for the money, house was well stocked. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were a delight. The owner was very responsive at fixing a chirping smoke detector. Game room was a bonus, and in great condition. Proximity to Disneyworld parks was very close and easy to access. Only draw back was the extra $35 per day fee to have the pool & hot but heated, we didn't use them. Would definately stay there again.

Wonderful Property and Host

This home was exactly as listed, clean, close to Disney, quiet neighborhood. Pool and patio were wonderful. Can not say enough good things about the home! But beyond that was our Host Stoyan, communication was excellent, home was ready when we arrived, any questions we had were answered promptly! Our stay was during the hurricane, and Stoyan was wonderful, making sure everything was ok, and that we were safe, even taking the time to let us know when Disney was going to reopen! Thank you Stoyan for allowing us to stay in this home and looking after us so well.
