The home is NEW TO THE SUMMER RENTAL MARKET IN 2016 – Relax and enjoy this raised ranch in Narragansett’s Eastward Look. The home is about a .6 mile walk from Scarborough Beach, and a short drive to the port of Galilee where you can Ferry to Block Island, or pick up freshly caught seafood to grill. Spend the day at Narragansett Pier Beach enjoying the surf, restaurants, and area.

This home has 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full) and over 2,000 square feet of living space. It is located in a great neighborhood with a large backyard with a picnic table, 2-level deck, and Gas Grill.
With an open floor plan, this nicely furnished and clean home has two living areas, making it large enough for the whole family. Fully stocked kitchen, Free internet and cable, TV's,, washer/dryer, gas grill, cooler, Beach chairs/cart also await you. There is ample parking. No pets or smoking. No Brokers please.

Wonderful home with great accommodations

This property was so clean and comfortable, with tons of extra accommodations for the beach. Outdoor shower and deck are wonderful after a day in the sun. Tom was incredibly easy to communicate with. Would love to return

We had a nice stay

Plenty of room for all seven of us including some very active teens. Large lawn. Walk to beach is a bit long, but doable.

Relaxing and Refreshing

Perfect get-away for a week. Everything was as advertised, wonderfully clean and neat, very spacious, close to beach, restaurants, and quiet walks around the neighborhood. We had a fantastic time!

Great house

The property was well maintained and as advertised. Plenty of room for a large group and a great backyard. My only request would be to have the home owner supply sheets and towels. There are 3 different sized beds which I didn’t own the correct size sheets.

Great Beach Week

This house was perfect for our family. Spotless, plenty of room, well stocked and walking distance to the beach. Big yard with shade or sun, something for everyone. The fireworks on the 3rd and 4th of July were an added bonus! Thanks again for a great week

Beautiful house w ocean view!

The house was extremely clean, and well equipped with everything you need. It is so light and bright, with views of the ocean from the living room and one of the bedrooms. It’s in a quiet area of Eastward look. Lovely house and Tom the owner was super friendly and responsive to our questions during our stay.

Late August stay

The property was beautiful with a big yard, with shade and sun. Great deck outside the dining room which was perfect for breakfast and dinner. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away and a 7 minute bike ride. The neighborhood is perfect for riding around on your bike to get a little exercise. We liked this house set up because the 3 teenage giggling girls had their own space downstairs and the adults could have their own space upstairs. The house was immaculate! So clean and well set up! I will come back again!

Great location

Clean and spacious. Very comfortable for my family and I to relax and enjoy the area. Plenty of room for all to spread out. Great yard for the kids. Tom and Paula made the check in seamless!

Eastward Look

Great house near wonderful Scarborough Beach, even can see the ocean from the living room. Beds comfortable. Well supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, toys. Nice yard where we set up badminton.

Beach in July

The house was perfect, enough room for all not to feel crowded. Close enough to Beach. Very clean. Only disappointment was very low water pressure on Outside Shower Only. We used the hose instead to rinse off beach sand. Will defintly go back.

Vacation 2020

We had a great time with our children and grandchildren. The house was a good size for all of us and the grand-kids loved the outdoor shower and yard. Many memories were made!!!

Great home

We could not have been happier with this house. It was very clean, plenty of space. The neighborhood was perfect for our girls to ride their bikes. Nice short walk to the beach. We will be staying here again in the future.

Great beach house

Excellent beach house for families with children or grand children. Plenty of room and the bonus room in the lower level was a great place for the kids or just to get away. The yard was nice for our yearly family competition games. Scarborough beach was a little bit of a mess this year with flooding the entire beach a few times so we drove to Roger Wheeler Beach that is great for the kids especially.

Great location, felt like home

The location was great, the walk to Scarborough was easy and the beach toys, boogie boards, umbrella and cart were fantastic! There were 6 adults and two kids, felt like we had plenty of space for gathering in one room or to spread out. AC in the second floor living room kept the house nice and cool, first floor living room was always good temp without even a fan. Everything felt like our home for the week, it's always hard to pack at the end of a vacation, especially when it was such a great one! Thanks Tom and Paula!

Fantastic property with great yard, super close to Scarborough Beach!

We enjoyed the spacious home with plenty of yard space for kids to run around and we loved the tree-shaded side yard. The owners were very available and great to work with. The kitchen and dining room were truly set up for families who want to and like to cook, which we did a lot of. Really a family-friendly home with beach stuff (including boogie boards and beach toys) and lots of games. The beds were very comfortable as were all the other spaces in the house. And it was a 2 minute drive from Scarborough Beach - perfect for quick evening trips! House was clean and as described with some new appliances. The only downside was lack of air conditioning units other than one in the main area (the reason for 4 and not 5 stars). Great location, great owners, great house! I would definitely recommend this house to others and consider it in the future if we vacation with as many people again.
