This property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach.

The house is beautiful and clean. Nice pool and hot tub. 6 min walk to the ocean. Communication very good. But do not book if you are expecting views of the ocean. There are no sweeping views! Also, be sure to note that towels are not provided.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. We work hard to maintain our home and have historically received great reviews. We never like for a guest to be disappointed when staying with us. Our listing does not indicate that we provide towels, and the rental agreement (that you signed) and detailed Welcome Letter we provided to you before your stay included a list of items you needed to bring, along with several local vendors that rent and deliver towels should you need them. We also accommodated your overlooking the supplies needed and provided you with extra supplies to ensure you had everything you might need without an extra trip to the store. We don't keep towels on property and couldn't provide them for you with just a few hours notice, but I quickly suggested a few places to pick up inexpensive towels nearby. As for the ocean views, we sincerely apologize for any misleading information. That was not our intent. We took a walk up on our top deck to further investigate and realized that our beloved Live Oak tree canopy has continued to grow and has now obstructed some of our views. We still hear, smell, and see the ocean, but we also love our trees and the privacy they provide around the pool and trimming them from the top would be extremely difficult. We have updated our listing to better reflect the current - more limited - ocean views and appreciate you bringing that to our attention.

Was the house was exactly as listed and the pool was exceptional. There was an awesome amount of space for four adults and four kids and lots to do the walk to the beach was extremely reasonable!

Perfect beach stay

The house is exactly as described. Very clean, conveniently located near many restaurants, 5min walk to the beach, and just an overall fantastic stay. We look forward to staying here again!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and pool area were clean, kitchen well stocked, lots of movies and games. Quick walk to the beach with Littles and lots of gear in tow. The owners were easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Good location, clean beach.. highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying here very much! Our family stayed here for our family vacation, we had my immediate family of 3 and 1 family of 4 and then our parents(grandparents) there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was great and the hot tub was really nice too! It wasn't a far walk to the beach either which was very nice

Great OBX house!

This is a great property for a family vacation. The house is located on a quiet, secluded street just a few minutes easy walk to the beach. We had bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and the pool is a welcome respite from the beach at times. We highly recommend it.

Great Place

Perfect Location! Great home! Communication with owner was fabulous. Had a couple of very small issues that were resolved immediately! Had everything we needed and more! Will definitely be renting again!

Quiet Spring Break

We had a lovely time. The house was great for a small group of women. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach for long walks and the convenience of local shops and restaurants. The house was super clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Overall a great break from the cold North.
