Watching the Sun rice in the early morning to watching the stars at night. We are located on 53 acres just 3 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Featuring countryside views from the porch, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with a king size bed and full size bathroom also 6 person hot tub. Each room in the cottage is decorated beautifully with fine art and furnishings. Towels and linens are provided. Fredericksburg has great restaurants, shopping and wine tours.

Peaceful

Very nice and quiet area. We enjoyed coffee sitting on the porch rocking chairs. More than enough coffee and snacks were provided. Items to make smores were also provided. Plenty of towels and all neccesities were at reach. Due to the weather (strong winds) we were not able to use the hot tub or fire pit. Hopefully we will next time!

Perfect Stay in Fredericksburg

We loved having a little house all to ourselves on acreage just outside Fredericksburg. It was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Cutest property

We came here for a mini girls’ weekend and it was a dream! The property is gorgeous and the house is so quaint and cozy. You’re only a few minutes from town but feel so far away from the city when you’re on the property. It was a dream! We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Wonderful Little Cottage

Nice little cottage, plenty of kitchen utensils to cook a meal, plenty of towels and extra blankets. The bed was comfy. It was a wonderfully relaxing week. I would highly recomnend this cottage.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous yard

Loved this property we stayed at over thanksgiving. the perfect place if you’re looking for a getaway. only 10 min from downtown and maine street, but far enough so you’re secluded and away from people! the house was beautiful, clean, and offered great amenities. the host was a great communicator and answers messages quickly. recommend staying here !!

Cozy, Relaxing, and Personal Stay!!

The wife and I had such a great stay over our two night stay! The home was cozy and relaxing. It had everything you could ask for for a simple get away… Fire pit, BBQ grill, warming living room fireplace, hot tub, scenic view with wildlife near by, decent space between neighbors, located it a nice gated neighborhood, and close to the shops and restaurants in Fredericksburg… we would definitely stay again!!

Honeymoon retreat!!!

Me and my lovely beautiful and exquisite new wife loved this cabin!!! It was exactly what we had hoped for for a small get away honeymoon. It was super close to town but far enough outside that we didn’t hear the night life. All in all, it was the PERFECT get away. We loved our stay and will be returning in the future.

Excellent Stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our two pups. Diane was very responsive and accommodating. The house was great, very clean. The yard was huge and the dogs loved exploring. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Weekend Getaway

My husband & I decided on a quick getaway to Fredericksburg after planning & celebrating our son’s wedding. Just wanted a break & enjoy the area since it’s been a while!! The home was perfect just as described & pictured. It was close to the heart of town yet felt far enough away that you could enjoy the peace & quiet of the country. We enjoyed it all & would recommend this home to others.

Excellent Stay

This property was perfect for a weekend trip. Isolated enough to recharge, but close enough to town to catch an uber and not worry about driving after sampling wine all day. It was beautiful and comfortable, and was easily the best vacation rental I've stayed in. Would definitely come back!

Romantic and cozy

Extremely clean and private. Wonderful for private getaway of 2. Me and my Husband had a very pleasant experience here. We hope to come back as soon as we can. The hot tub was super clean and set up for instant use. We appreciate the snacks and s’more’s kit they provided.

Very convenient place to stay; very close to Fredericksburg.

The property is comfortable and very near Fredericksburg; that was great because we went to the museum of the Pacific war. I wish the hot tub had been better, but I said something to them and hopefully they are working on that. we had our dog with us and she was fine and comfortable, we were there the three of us, my husband, my son and myself. Kris and I are in our late 70s and our son is in his 50s. We were all fairly happy with the accommodations. We cooked meals there; the dishes and pots and pans and things are all great. Threfrigerator is very cold.

Great place to stay

Nice home in a great location. Remote enough to be quiet but close enough to town to enjoy. Everything was as the listing showed and the snacks were a nice surprise. Enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit and enjoying the night sky.

Great Stay

Great amenities. Property was as advertised and not too far from town. Cottage was clean. Enjoyed the quietness and solitude of the small community. The Property Mgr., Maria Lopez was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely return for a nice get-away.

We absolutely loved this rental. We had the best time watching the full moon in the hot tub with our kiddos. The host's set up was the best I've ever seen - down to the square marshmallows she provides for s'mores. We will definitely be back.

Very Peaceful and Relaxing

The place was well kept and very peaceful. The instructions were easy to follow for check in and out. All the basic necessities were there and easy to find (kitchen items, towels, etc.) The house even came with snacks for anyone who didnt bring there own. Location was private with a beautiful view. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away for relaxation, work without interpretation or romatic getaway. recommend

Disappointing

We booked this property for a week for our honeymoon, for two reasons: it was in a quiet location and it had a private hot tub. The hot tub did not work during our stay. We contacted the property manager about it nearly every day of the stay. Their solution was to give us permission to use the hot tub at a nearby property for one of our six nights’ stay, and to offer one night free if we stayed there again in the future.

great for astrophotography

It is a beautifully decorated cabin with two heat pumps that handle July heat very well. It is in a fenced area in a hilly region. I have stayed there before. It is perfect for astrophotography since animals are not wandering around so the rig can stay set up overnight, and it is far enough from town to be fully dark. I had some trouble with my equipment but got a nice pictures of the galaxy pair M81 and M81.
