This first floor apartment in the Delia Row Townhouse can easily accommodate the needs of four Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Enjoy a little antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques on Monterey Square. Whether you're in town for a quick business trip, a romantic retreat, or a longer stay with family, the Delia Row Townhome is the perfect choice! For larger parties, consider adding one of our other 1 bedroom homes located in the same building!

Savannah Charming

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sorry for the delayed response. I got the room for my brother who was hosting a visitor. I did get to see the room though prior to their arrival and it was absolutely cute and charming! Great location right by Forsyth Park. I definitely will personally be staying there at one point or another. Everything was clean and tidy. Met the cleaning stuff who obviously took pride In their work and paid attention to detail. When I asked my brother about his day, he says it was really lovely. And he also found the room to be very, very good for the price and the location. A great value. Thank you very much for showing my brother a lovely weekend.

Great apartment, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not rented through Lucky Savannah so we were a little nervous but it seems unnecessarily as the pre rental information all came through in good time and was very comprehensive. The location is great. We could take our chairs across the road to the park in the evenings and just take in the buzz from there. The flat had all the technology and features we expected and the free parking is a big bonus in a city these days although next time, we wouldn’t bring a car as there is a Krogers just over the park, Sentient Bean kept us in coffee and the American Legion post in beer/food. The free bus into town is also a boon for weary legs. We are already planning ‘Savannah 2025’

This great location met all our needs

Loved the apartment and the location. Tub/shower faucets were unwieldy, but everything else was perfectly comfortable. The space was large, very clean, and well-supplied. We enjoyed the beautiful park across the street and the coffee shop a short walk away. A short walk to the Kroger and even shorter to the free bus transport. We loved Savannah and felt very safe walking daily.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the location. The home was clean and comfortable. The positives included the view of Forsyth Park right across the street, close enough to walk to just about anywhere, within about a mile. The home is beautiful, with hardwood floors. Drawbacks -definitely take care with the tub - it's very slippery. My husband almost fell twice. We could hear every step the upstairs neighbor took, and the road outside is noisy, with people driving pretty fast past the house. At night, the lights from the park shone in through the blinds. Parking is on-street around the corner, and you need to move your car based on street cleaning schedules, which are posted on signs on each street. Back windows looked out onto a courtyard with ladders and scaffolding and not a very welcoming place to sit outside. We felt the house was good value for the money based on location, interior appearance, convenience.
