fantastic location, easy access to Edinburgh and many other great areas. the apartment is as all the reviews faultless. Alan is on hand to show you how everything works and if you need any info or get stuck, Alan is a great host and made us feel extremely welcome you will not be disappointed with the location or the apartment

Our host was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and kind, throughout our stay! And the property itself is beautiful, with fabulous views, and every detail accounted for. Couldn't be happier with our time there!

We had a hiccup to start out but Allan was quick to make up for everything. The unit was clean, spacious and convenient. He showed us how to get to the nearby bus stop, but there is ample parking for the days we drove. If you do opt to take the bus, make sure you flag them down. I am used to buses stopping whenever there are people at the stop, but not Stage Coach. Luckily it wasn't hard to get to an alternative route to stay on schedule.

What an absolute amazing find this was. Alan the host and owner couldn’t have been a more hospitable and friendly. He showed us around the apartment and how to use all of the fantastic technology that comes with it. The view is unreal, just wow wow wow!!!. We were staying as we were attending a family wedding in Edinburgh but we also wished we had longer to appreciate the area that the Wee Glasshouse is in. An amazing weekend in a beautiful area in a fabulous apartment. Just wow!!!

Alan was the perfect host, he could not do enough for us. Check in was seamless and amazing information given about the property and surrounding area. The Wee Glasshouse is stunning and so comfortable, a home from home with all the added extras!On Alan’s advice we were able to take the bus into the city centre (35-40mins) from a walk just up the road one day and the next took the train from Dalgety Bay which has free all day parking. This also meant we travelled over all three bridges into the city. I cannot recommend this property highly enough for cleanliness, friendliness and position - I haven’t even mentioned the stunning views!!! I could go on.

Alan and Lucy are wonderful hosts. We were given great advice on touring and navigating our way around the area. Very clean and modern accommodation. We would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place, beautiful location and great hosts!

This place was a beautiful home away from home for the 3 nights we stayed there! Alan was there to meet us and help us with our luggage and show us around the property. It is a beautiful place and a great location to easily catch a bus to Edinburgh or drive to any other sights. We could have stayed longer and enjoyed every minute!

Delight on Dalgety

Our stay and host were wonderful. Wee Glasshouse was full furnished, exceptionally clean and had all the features of home. We would not consider staying anywhere else while in Edinburgh!

The stay was excellent from beginning to end!Communication was perfect, very detailed instructions and information about the check in and house details The space was big and airy, the view was to die for, everything was spotless, and extras like milk, tea, coffee pods, TV games, projector, automated windows and blinds and much more, made it a wonderful stay!We were a party of 3 adults and one child, there was more than enough room to accommodate all of us.Thank you so much for this amazing value stay!

Weekend away

Had a nice, relaxing couple of nights at the wee glass house. It was lovely, very modern, well equipped, spotless, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Lovely view too. Perfect for some quiet time. Also handy if visiting Edinburgh and surrounding areas. Our hosts made us very welcome too. Would love to visit again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

A fab spot which has all you need for a weekend (or longer) getaway. Alan is a great host. We were in the city for the half marathon and Alan answered lots of questions we had about getting to the city for the event etc. Should we find ourselves in Edinburgh in the future, we'll be checking for availability at the Wee Glass House!

Highly recommend - just beautiful

What a memorable stay in this beautifully located apartment.The views over the Firth of Forth are spectacular and the Fife coastal path is just outside the door - again with beautiful views of the area.We stayed for a week and our host Alan was so thoughtful and kind. He has thought of everything to make a stay at the Wee Glasshouse memorable.The location is ideal for exploring the Fife coast and is also very convenient for travelling to Edinburgh and the airport. We will certainly be back - thank you Alan for providing us with the perfect accommodation for our nostalgic tour around Fife.

Technology master suite

Well equipped, technology input like I've never seen before - very cool! Check in was great and personal, told us best transport links and local walks. Very clean and very clear check out process. Great views, great place!

Perfect with a spectacular view

We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view is spectacular! The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with a lovely walking path along the water. Alan was so friendly, helpful, gives great suggestions, and gave us all the information we needed for getting into Edinburgh and was quickly responsive when we needed help figuring out the buses. We highly recommend The Wee Glass House! Thank you Alan!

A wee break for Valentines

The Wee Glasshouse is absolutely fantastic! Clean, cosy, comfortable, with all mod cons including smart controlled Velux windows, TV, and lighting. The view from the main windows is breathtaking! Alan and his family (owners) are very friendly and welcoming, in addition to being on hand for any enquiries etc. I can’t recommend this venue enough!

Grear location for short term stay on the Fife Coastal Path

Great location if you have a car to get around or just plan on hiking the FCP. Public transportation spotty. Studio beautiful and peaceful but sometimes the smart house technology does not work which can be annoying but owner very helpful in troubleshooting any issues.

Best VRBO we’ve ever been to

We can’t say enough about our stay at The Wee Glass House. The accommodations were perfect! Clean and comfortable. The view was incredible!!!!! The owner, Alan, felt like a fourth son to me. He was so helpful! He explained all the technology in the apartment, helped us with our bags, recommended transportation and restaurants, etc. His daughter even picked us up after our long journey.
