Bedroom 7 is private and has a full size bed nestled in a cozy arched alcove. Bath 4 has been renovated with new plumbing and fixtures and has a walk-in shower.
There are 2 sets of washer/dryer on the property, one situated in the common Hall Closet and the other in the garage.
A tranquil courtyard leads to the garage and is centered between the main house and the guest units. The guest units can be accessed through an internal common hall from the main house or a separate exterior porch entrance on Palm Ave.
