If you like fish this is the perfect accomodation to spend your time in Venice.

This comfortable apartment is located in the most characteristic area of the city.. the most beautiful fish market of Italy overlooking the Grand Canal!



The apartment is furnished with attention to the details and decorations. Ideal for a family up to 5 people, it is organized on two floors: there is a large living room with a big table, a little kitchenette well equipped, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and another one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

You will find everything you need like independent heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels, dishwasher, oven, WI-FI and TV.



All around the area you will find the most attractive sites of the city: Rialto bridge in 5 minutes by foot, San Giacomo church, Mocenigo Palace famous for being the museum of textiles and perfumes, Cà Pesaro Art Gallery, Cavalli Palace and if you love shopping don’t miss a visit at Fondaco dei Tedeschi.



In 15 minutes by foot you will arrive to San Mark Square and if you like to enjoy the local dishes and aperitif  you can try all the different restaurants and cafes among the “calli”.



To reach the islands of Venice and other parts of the city you will find a lot of vaporetto stops (a  public boat transportation) along the Grand Canal.

Great stay, perfect location.

Property was great, location is the best. We enjoyed our stay very much. Rialto is a great place to be for restaurants and shops. Apartment is on a nice quiet Calle. Thomas was very helpful with all of the logistics.

Vacation in Venice

My family of 5, the youngest 20 yrs old, stayed for 3 nights at this property. It was perfect for us. Very well situated within a one minute walk to the fish market and 3 minutes to Rialto bridge. I highly recommend this home for up to 5 adults.

Excellent location to explore Venice. Very roomy for the family. So very appreciated the AC after long hot, humid days exploring Venice. The bug bites were the big disappointment. If that is resolved/exterminated, I’d stay again. The kitchen is okay. Basic accommodations. Be aware, no microwave.

Great spot!

This was our first time in Venice. We loved our stay! 4 adults for comfortably and the check-in process was great. Close enough location to everything we wanted to see, but out of the hustle of the busiest parts of the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Good communication and great location! Enjoyed a quick stay in Venice and was made easy with good directions on taking the waterbus to the apartment. Good roomy apartment, with all of the accessories needed for a great stay!

Great stay in the heart of Venice!

Excellent communication before and during the trip. This listing was in a great location in Venice and was very clean. Just a note that the property wasn’t stocked with any toilet paper or hand soap in one of the bathrooms and we ended up having to buy our own, as there weren’t any extra supplies at the property.

Great location

We stayed here for 5 nights and found the location perfect. It wasn’t in the heavy tourist area, but near enough for a short 5-10 mins to all the places we wanted to see. I would recommend getting off at the Rialto Mercato stop when you arrive as it is the closest to the apt. The apt was great for our family, clean and a very comfortable for our stay.

Beautiful Stay Near the Grand Canal!

This eclectic and comfortable apartment in the San Polo district was an absolute gem. Just a short walk from Mercato Fish Market, Rialto Bridge, St Paul's Basilica, Doge's Palace and surrounded by great restaurants and shops, the location couldn't be better! The communication from the support staff was excellent—they even helped coordinate seamless water taxi transfers from Santa Lucia station and to Marco Polo Airport. We also appreciated the sundries left in the pantry by previous guests :). A perfect Venice experience!

Great location!

My family of five including three children (15, 13, and 11) had a great time in Venice staying in this apartment. Great location, easy to find and lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Queen bed is a bit firm.

Nice little place

Conveniently located to Rialto Bridge. Quiet neighborhood. Found several nice restaurants within short walking distance. Apartment itself was more than than adequate for our family. Close to water transportation.

Great location

We enjoyed the location. The apartment was nice and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Only gave four stars because the air conditioners did not blow very cold and the shower water kept fluctuating from super hot to ice cold. Overall I would stay here again once you get used to the shower and had a dance in there.

Great location with ample space

This apartment is in an excellent location and had a nice amount of space for our family of five. The kitchen does not come equipped with any dishes so you cannot plan to cook or eat at the apartment. The apartment has very unique finishings. Owner was easy to work with and responsive. Air conditioning worked well in high summer heat. Thank you!

Great location and space

The location is great. Close to Rialto Bridge, but far enough away to be out of the crowds and noise. The space was great for our family of 5. Could have used a few dishes and some paper towels, but otherwise well equipped. Could not get hot water in upstairs shower, but not a big problem as downstairs shower was warm. Have had the same issue in other locations in Venice as well. The host gave good instructions, making it easy to find and access.

SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!

The property is awesome and based on it alone I would give five stars. My issue was on the front end dealing with credit card payments. We had a security issue while planning the trip with our card provider and when the final payment didn’t go through our reservation was cancelled! I keep most notifications off, but VRBO didn't send a email letting us know. Thankfully no one snatched our dates before we discovered this as we would have been in deep you-know-what. Be careful if you carry a Citigroup credit card.

Lovely place

Lovely, modern renovated home located within easy walk to the main areas of Venice. The pictures do not do it justice; the home actually looks better in person. It is located on the third floor so you’ll have to carry your luggage up (no elevators). The Wifi does not reach the upstairs bedroom but that didn’t bother us much. The shower knob to adjust the water temperature was a bit tricky, either really hot or really cold…you have to keep playing with it to get the temperature just right. Regardless, we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars!
