Very conveniently located near Zion National Park -- just a short 20 minute scenic drive. Very clean and comfortable home, 2 QUEEN beds, 2 bathrooms -- (NO bathtubs-- Showers only!). The location to Zion was perfect. The drive from place was about 20 minutes. The only negative I have is we couldn't use the grill its in bad shape.If we return to Zion again and the place is available we would stay again.

This house was everything I was hoping for close to Zion national Park and Bryce Canyon, quiet, clean, safe, and well equipped. I loved the welcome sign when I walked in that had my name on it! Lots of little details that made me feel welcome.

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. Not as close to Zion Natl Park as indicated. Only close to a side entrance where you cannot go through to the main entrance. Still worked out just a bit more driving.

Clean and Convenient

This house is in a great spot to visit nearby state and National Parks. It is clean, close to grocery stores, and has kitchen amenities to make eating in easy. I really enjoyed myself. Thank you.

Wonderful View

What a beautiful property. The view of the plateaus and the quiet neighborhood was so incredible. We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt so welcomed - our name was on a welcome platter as the first thing to greet us. You won't go wrong staying here. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN home with everything you need to make your stay pleasant from start to finish.

Trip to Zion

The house was perfectly located just about 30 minutes outside of zion national park. The scenery around the house is spectacular as well. Everything has been well thought out by the property owner.

Excellent stay!

Eileen’s property was excellent. It was extremely clean, everything that we needed was there! We enjoyed sitting outside each evening grilling with the amazing view! Easy check in and check out process. Pictures undersold the home! Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Convenient location, great views, clean and well stocked

We were visiting Zion national park for 4 days. The property was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was seamless. The location was nice and the views were great from the front porch. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, comfortable place

Communication was excellent and check-in and out were simple. Location is lovely, with easy access to Zion and groceries, gas, and food options. House is perfect for a family and has just the right amenities. We had a great time and would happily stay again on our next visit.

great Zion location

The house was cozy and had a good kitchen. Our host was very attentive and let us check in early. We would have appreciated a couple of wooden dining (or other) chairs as we like firm chairs. We enjoyed our stay.

This property is perfectly located between Zion National Park south entrance and west entrance. Great hiking on both sides. Quiet neighborhood. Home is cozy and has everything you need.

Perfect House Near Zion National Park

My family recently visited Zion National Park. We wanted a place to stay nearby and found this cute house. We liked its quiet location with a nearby grocery store, gas station and coffee shop. The host was very welcoming, even writing my name on a board to welcome us. The host's attention to detail was amazing and we easily found everything we needed. The house was perfect for our family: a spacious, modern, and well-appointed kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. We used the BBQ one evening and ate outside with the colorful sunset in the background. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Home with a Beautiful View

The house was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bath was very nice. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the front porch was amazing! Eileen was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to a friend.

We couldn't pass up this one-of a kind brick home located on the hillside with a panoramic view of southern Utah. It is a very private and quiet location. The house has been renovated and everything is nice and clean! It is a wonderful place to relax after an adventurous day -- hiking, biking or shopping! We are located just 20 minutes from beautiful Zion National Park. It is a 25-minute drive to St. George.
