Tyler was so great about communicating from start to check out. It was perfectly located near Zion and near places to eat / grocery stores. Great location and great host. I hope to return and will definitely book with Tyler again.

Clean, well kept, spacious house in quiet neighborhood. Grocery, restaurants and other shopping are just a few minutes away. Only twenty minutes to Zion National Park. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! It was very clean, plenty of space for a small group, great location and cost for enjoying the National Parks. We would stay here again if we return to the area! Tyler was very easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend!

Good location for visiting zion- about 30 minute drive. Laverkin had everything we needed. Home was in a nice neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable. Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space and linens. The only mishap was the laundry room door…a heads up would be great! Overall one of the best VRBO houses I’ve stayed in!

Everything was great. Perfect location for us to get in and out of Zion. Very spacious and great neighborhood. (Maybe 30mins travel). But easy travel if that makes sense. Do not let that time keep you away from this house. Large family table inside and in backyard. Perfect for us (family of 6) to enjoy a meal. Ping pong table in garage was a huge hit for the 4 kids (and friendly arguments as well) hahaTyler was very easy to work with especially with a checkout request because of our kiddos.

Perfect location to spend time in Zion and surrounding area. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and were able to use the kitchen to cook our holiday dinner for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed with ample dishes, pans, and utensils for our use. We especially appreciated the basics left in the pantry. The house was clean and comfortable. There was a minor issue on Thanksgiving, of course, and had to contact Tyler. He promptly replied even on the holiday! We would recommend the home and would happily stay again.

This was exactly as the listing described. Immaculate house. Easy instructions comforts beds and furniture. Full kitchen and dining room. Best landscaping on the street. 20 min drive to Springdale.

This is a brand new home just finished June of 2015. This property is in a perfect location if you're interested in experiencing Southern Utah. Zion National Park is a quick 25 minute drive along the beautiful Scenic Zion Corridor. La Verkin is approximately 125 miles from Bryce Canyon and The North Rim of the Grand Canyon. There are several nearby hiking and mountain biking trails. The famous Red Bull Rampage mountain biking event is a few miles away near the town of Virgin.
